Overall the products, are really awesome, beard oil for my husband was what brought me in initially. I decided to branch out and explore other products after seeing how well the bath line did for my husband. I purchased Golden Snitch, the owners version of Harry Potter in no way affiliated with the brand. This stuff smells like Lemon Sugar and you can wash head to toe with this! I find my hair healthier and does not shed nearly what it did before I used the products. As far as the other items in the shop, it is blooming to be a small metaphysical shop, there is not a lot of literature options, but you will find, bells, candles, herbs, alter cloths, and many varieties of crystals, some items are really reasonable while others are more geared towards a luxury collector. I started to sell my work through this shop under consignment but I had to pull out as the shop is high risk for theft. (At least from what I could tell from my personal inventory) I would say this a great place to go on a date night as having small children running around is really stressful to the owner and staff who work very hard to keep their crystals from bruising and from falls and fractures. Not sure how anyone could leave a bad review on this place. I feel like people these days will complain about anything... the staff is very friendly and helpful always so kind they work hard to have this store that we all enjoy and it's sad that have to go lock things up because people think it's okay to steal from them, I have Contacted the owner asking about bracelets and she took her time ( being busy) to send me not one picture but a picture of every single crystal bracelet they had in stock.. with that being said this store is nothing but amazing and we absolutely love everything they have by far the best store I have been in, in a very long time.. people need to understand that just because they are busy doesn't mean they are being rude they are doing the best they can ( Which is AMAZING) keep doing what your doing sweet ladies and be proud because your doing great 😊 my son and daughter beg me to bring them everyday and they are 19 and 14 ♥️ I would Recommend this store to anyone...

i used to love this place (old reveiw under tina rebecca) but lately the customer service has been terrible it used to have a great energy and it’s like they don’t care anymore. they racked up their prices which is understandable because mall rent and rising prices themselves, but the customer service is so bad. the owner is still super sweet and i love their soaps and selection but i will not be buying from there because of the blonde lady that’s always there. she was always so rude to me and vaping in the store when i have a tumor in my chest. i’m fine with vaping but it’s extremely unprofessional to be doing it in front of ur customer. if you feel the need to do it at least try to hid it instead of blowing it all through the store. i’m just so disappointed because this used to be my...
