I received beyond excellent service from Ashley! I mentioned that I had just come from the Apple store where the wait was 3 hours, and she personally called another Apple store for me to ask about their wait time. I told her what I was shopping for, and she made sure I had options to choose from and that I had the sizes that I needed. She helped me zip/button every outfit and gave me her honest opinion and shoe/accessory suggestions. When the store didn’t have my size, she checked all nearby stores to see if the size was available elsewhere. I came into Francesca’s spontaneously because I needed to find a last minute dress for an event happening down the street with a certain dress code. As soon as I walked in, the staff members were welcome and offered to assist in finding what I needed quickly. Not only that, they steamed it for me so I could put it on and be ready to go since the event was about to start. They assisted in a speedy check out while I got dressed so I could make it in time. All sales associates were sitting and on their phones, talking about what they wanted to buy from the store, trying on sun glasses and never greeted or asked if I needed anything. I ask one of the sales associate if a particular candle from the store was soy wax only. The sales associate sitting behind the cash register stayed in her seat and answered “coconut”? And continued to text on her phone. She was clearly distracted because she couldn’t answer my question. Unprofessional staff. Not a good...
