I went to the store and liked a dress but decided that I didn’t want to buy it because I did not want to try it on because it was a white dress and I was out by the beach and it was really hot that day and I didn’t want to dirty the dress so the lady that worked there, Laura convinced me to buy it and if it didn’t fit to call her and she would exchange it for me. I tried it on and noticed the dress was damaged right at the top where the elastic is, the thread was detached, so if you don’t put it on you can’t notice it, so I reached out to her and told her I was on my way and explained to her what happened and she said that there was no way she was going to exchange it because of the damage or even if it didn’t fit because it took a little over a week, and that she would think of exchanging it would be if it didn’t fit but that it took long but when we spoke she didn’t give me a time frame, right away she was putting a million of excuses and even hung up the phone while I was speaking to her she was even accusing me of tearing it without even giving me a chance to show her where the damage was. Really rude person. No way I will go to that...

Let me start off by saying , I am a mother with a 5 month old who was looking for a towel or blanket to warm him up after we got out of the water since our towels were in the sand and I did not want him to put the sand in his mouth. I looked around the store when a tall blonde told me I need to go very aggressively. Mind you, as you can read the location … Hollywood… BEACH. She was very rude and I was explaining to her that I am just looking for a towel for my son . She didn’t care to listen , all she was worried about was kicking me out the store for again sand on my feet at the beach. This is no way to treat a customer especially one who supports small businesses. I went a couple stores down with the same sand on my feet and was greeted with excellent customer service. It is absolutely disgusting to treat paying customers like this . When it comes to my child I would’ve bought an $80 towel just to warn him up. I would not recommend this place to a single person! I bought this outfit here and I absolutely love it, it's a gorgeous outfit. Service in the shop was good. The reason that I can only give three stars is because of the price. This outfit was WAY over priced. $133.00. As you can see by my other reviews I have been to and shop at Fort Myers beach, Naples beach, Melbourne beach, Cocoa beach, Vero beach, Pompano beach, and St Augustine. I have bought clothing and souvenirs from all of these places. I have never ever paid this much before. I really like the outfit so I got it. Compared to all those other places and comparable quality and style outfits that I've bought, this outfit should be at the very most $80 for the set. Won't shop here again when I can spend a day up the coast and get two or three outfits for the price of this one. But on a positive note the store was nice and well kept.
