Tldr: Jen and Frank were absolute gems to work with. They went above and beyond to ship an in-store only item to me who is out of state. I would gladly work with them again in the future and plan to stop in the store if I'm ever in the area

A friend of mine bought a Gameboy shadow box from them at a convention. Being out of state, I reached out if they had any and if they can ship them. As it is normally an in-store only item, they expressed their concerns about shipping as this would be the first time doing so and were worried about it getting damaged. However, they still offered to ship one to me if I didn't mind paying a bit extra for the shipping which was more than fine with me as it was fairly priced and looked better than others I have seen. When it arrived, it was very well and thoroughly packed (as seen in the pictures) with no damage at all and in immaculate condition. 2 pieces did come loose from the backboard in the shipping but as this was the first time it was shipped and typically an in-store only item, I expected something similar to happen so there was no problems from me. It was easy enough to fix anyway by just pushing the items back into the backboard. All in all though, it looks amazing and I really appreciate them taking a chance in shipping this for a total stranger. I hope in the future they make some other variants and if I'm ever in the area, I plan to make a stop...

Its an okay store for the oldies and classics but dont ever buy a used console here.

The playstation 2 i bought from them lasted no more than 6 months. I forgot to review the store when it died but every once in a while I think about how i got scammed and it is really upsetting.

I dont make a lot of money which is why a ps2 was a big purchase for me. I just wanted to play Dance Dance Revolution. Thats all I wanted.

They must have known that it wasnt going to last very long, but sold it anyways. This was a replacement after the first one i brought home just flat out did not work. They weren't surprised at all and let me know they would keep replacing them until i was happy. Pretty suspicious it you ask me.

Strip your consoles into parts to sell and ditch them from your inventory if you know they will fail on customers when they take them home. Its not okay to do this strategy of planned...

I live in Maine and was on a work trip so one evening I ended up stopping into Stateline right before closing to pickup a couple of games. I got talking to one of the employees behind the counter and ended up finding just what I was looking for. When I got back to Maine I opened one of the used games to find that I distracted the employee so we never had the game put into one of the cases. I called the store and explained what happened. The manager called me back, apologized and shipped out the videogame the same day to my home address. I'm very pleased with the level of service this store provided, they went above and beyond. They also have a great collection of new and retro games and systems. 10/10...
