I rarely write reviews but I want to try to save some people some time. We gave this Men's Warehouse about $3000 worth of sales for a wedding party. There are other reviews on here that say "once you pay.. you're invisible." They're correct. The process they used for our wedding party required us to go in 3 different times (for a wedding party this isn't really ideal as a lot of times people are traveling long distances). We went in once to get measured and pay for our custom suits (which took 4 HOURS because of the disorganization and misinformation we were receiving throughout the process. At the end of it, they told us all to buy GIFT CARDS for the amount of the outfit and just leave them with the gift cards so they could process it all in the system later because it was too much for them to handle then apparently. So when we left, all we had was a receipt for the purchase of a gift card, no proof of the actual "purchase." Luckily, we had no issue with the payments). We had to go in another time once the suits came in to try on the pants and have them hemmed (all the other parts of the tailoring were complete, why not the pant hem? The length of the pants is the one thing that wouldn't change in the two months before the wedding as we aren't getting taller or shorter.) We then had to go back a third time to pick up the pants. When returning to pick up the pants, they greet you and once they find out you are just there to pick up something already paid for they will continue to help people entering the store as they sluggishly help you (if at all). I, myself, called at least 3-4 times asking on the status of my suit and was put on hold for at least 5-10 minutes every single time I called while they "tried to find it and it wasn't there." The last time, what do ya know, they found it, it was there. Complete disorganization at this place. I was just told by another member of the wedding party that he just got off the phone with an employee there when checking on the status of his pants and they told him "they will be ready tomorrow at 5, do not call or come in to get them before 5." They also told him they will not call him when they are done. (This was the last straw and the reason I decided to write this review.) Extremely unprofessional as the wedding is in three days and he just wants to make sure everything is all set. If I could return everything, I would. Somebody should usually speak in Spanish. The other coworker jumped in her conversation and said don’t talk that type of language here. Speak English It was my first time purchasing a tux and it was a very important thing for me. It was my son’s prom. The order white lady told me walk around those over there Pointing Who knows, where Finally, I decided just to buy a tux. They didn’t take the measurements right The poor treatment we receive after spending $600 went back 40 days later to pick up our tux prom today. Measurements were wrong I called over one of the young employees, nice looking young guy and ask him to help me. He took a ruler out and measure the pants. They never did that the first time Came in to purchase a tux I felt so uncomfortable how that was getting ready to leave too young teenagers came in their prom In three days, the lady again no you can’t order a tux pointed to somewhere too young children looking for a tux That’s when I had to Tell the employed children they need help why are you treating them like this and yes, they were color and my son is color to Do you know who ended up picking them out of tax and helping to me for the prices you guys are charging you guys are really picky with the people that go in there to buy a tux if you’re a tall white man, they’ll bring you 20 pants to try on and trust me there’s more that I can write. I would never purchase anything from your store Again, and if color people are not allowed, then be bold enough to post it on your front door of the store I don’t want no discount I don’t want no feedback. Read moreTerrible Experience,.... Very Rude and unprofessional. We went to get a suit tonight for our son's Prom coming up. First when we went in no one came to ask what we needed. Then a sales rep who was folding shirts was staring us down. When a women FINALLY came over to see what she could do for us she was consulting with the rep that was staring us down. We said we would like someone else and not him. He came over and started instigating an issue. We told him to walk away and we wanted someone else. He continued to stand there until another rep who we assumed was the manager came over. He told him that he would help us and the rude rep walked away saying to all the other sales employees not to stare at us over and over again. The rep who took over helped our son to some degree but appeared to want to get us out of the store quickly. He asked us if we needed shoes. When we said no he never asked if we needed anything else like a shirt or tie. When the pants were being tailored he said let's go settle up at the front. There was no small talk or asking if we needed anything else or apology for the other rep. He couldn't get us out of the store quick enough when the suit was finished. Also concerning that they lock the door so customers can't enter to keep at a certain number of customers. Seems like a fire hazard as it hinders an emergency egress. After leaving the store our son told us that the rep who was rude was waiting outside the changing room and asked our son if he wanted him to go get his parents .Our son said no I don't want you to talk to my parents. The rep laughed and said okay with a sarcastic tone. How is this acceptable?Absolutely disgusting behavior from an employee!!!
