COhatch Waterfront — Local services in Homestead

COHatch is such a pleasing and welcoming space to meet clients at. I’m a wedding planner who was looking for somewhere to sit down with clients that isn’t a Starbucks or Panera. Somewhere we can focus together, and the COhatch meeting rooms are perfect for that. I was able to hook my Mac up to the TV. I slightly panicked when I realized I didn’t have an adapter with me to plug in. Then I noticed right they had info stating they have adapters of all kinds and I found one in the cabinet of the room I booked. Thank goodness! They thought of everything. I hosted my daughter’s Noah’s Ark themed baby shower here. The space was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Tyler, the manager was very personable and easy to work with. We used a table in the atrium for the dessert bar and the Mill Room area for the hot foods buffet. There was still plenty of seating for the roughly 65 people in attendance. The long counter in the kitchen area made for a lovely Mom-osa bar and appetizer station. The venue is spacious and well lit with adjustable lighting. You could dim the lights and bring in your own up lighting to create a completely different mood for an evening event. Stumbled upon CoHatch while grabbing Starbucks on the waterfront. Decided to do a trial day and I’ve been a member ever since! I absolutely love working there a few days a week.
