TLDR; Asako is amazing and made shopping so easy and fun, and that's coming from a guy. She is truly the GOAT. And the Hawaii special pricing is nice too.
We walked into the store because my wife wanted to look at some bags. I didn't really know much about Fendi, so I wasn't really looking for anything. But I saw a couple clothes that I liked and Asako brought them out for me to try. But this was when the magic started, what my wife and I call 'Asako-fication.' She made a couple additions to the clothes I was wearing and bam! my wife was suddenly in awe that I could look good in such clothes. We were running late for something, so we didn't get anything that day but returned a couple days later. In the meantime, my wife stayed in contact with Asako to set up a time and when we arrived, she had whole sets of outfits picked out for the both of us. And the thing is, we loved all of them. Asako was great in not being pushy and being honest when she thought things were not worth the price. Her approach to recommending realistic and practical fashion/clothes was what we needed and were looking for. But we also felt comfortable to ask to see other clothes or colors without the pressure to buy. We had such a great time that over an hour passed just like that, even for me, who has a hard time with shopping. While we did want to buy everything we tried on, we had to choose and even then, she didn't really give us hard time about us buying a few things out of many that we got to try on. And she helped arrange shipping everything we bought to our home in mainland with no problem. We are so happy we met Asako and had a chance to have her 'Asako-fy' us. It's a bummer we can't get Hawaii special pricing when shopping with her remotely, but since the price will be the same as if we buy it in the mainland anyway, we will still shop with her remotely when we can. Plus, there will be another QC check shopping with her remotely, which is a huge plus because we have had some terrible experiences with ordering direct from other brands and receiving subpar items in the past and having to return. Overall, a great experience and Fendi is lucky to have her working for them. I truly wish everything works out for her and if she happens to move to a Fendi in the mainland (or when we visit Hawaii again), we will definitely visit for another...

We said yes, my mom had just ordered a new bag from this store and was wanting to show me how it looks. Asako was incredibly nice was able to look up where it was available in the US and have it shipped to a family member in the US that I would be visiting after my trip to Hawaii. I was able to be sized using other belts they had in store already so that I knew I would be getting the right fit. Hawaii gets a special price and then the purchase is subject to sales tax in the state the item is being shipped to. The service here was great. I cannot...
