The worst Online Customer service. Ordered a 2XL jersey (website said it was in stock) after I check out it says X-small. I immediately email the company within 1 minute advising of the problem ( this is at 9am HI time) I don't get a response back til the next day after the order has shipped. I try to call the store, they say online customer service is email only. I get back a generic response saying " No Refunds, but we will exchange it" . I ask for a return address to send it. No response. The X-small shows up with a invoice in it and a return address. I pay for shipping and send it out the same day. In-between the order being placed and the time I shipped it back, I emailed them for updates. Only the same generic response. The item gets delivered back to them 5 days later, I send another email asking if the received it and when I can expect the correct size. 24 hours later I get an email saying. Sorry since the item was discounted , No Refunds, No Exchange or Store Credit. ( Would have been nice to get that email 1st and not have to pay shipping). Called the store again and talked to a manager , she said you probably hit 2xl when ordering and if it was out of stock the website would have switched it to another size in stock. I have ordered several things from this company during the pandemic....

We received a Hawaii’s Finest matching halter dress Large and aloha shirt 3X from our daughter in law as a gift. My husband’s fit perfectly, however, the Large was not big enough for my large okole. I called the Ala Moana store to exchange it and was told without the receipt no exchange. We did not get the receipt with the gift. Sadly, I am not able to wear the dress now and very disappointed with Hawaii’s Finest, not so fine. My son and daughter in law purchased clothing, bags , etc. from their stores all the time. When my son passed away this past Dec 2024, to honor their father, they all wore the same shirt purchased from Hawaii’s Finest. I’ll have to tell all my Ohana and Aikane about this unfair policy. I happen to stumble into this store one day looking for a polo shirt for an upcoming event. Specifically gray and black and I found one. It was simple and it came with the HI and Kings logo patch on its front. When I got home I tried the shirt on. The fabric itself is light, but the way the shirt fit me especially around my shoulders, I loved it. I loved the way it made my shoulders and arms look. I am a sigzane shirt enthusiast, but I have found my new brand. It hasn’t been 2 months since I bought my 1st polo shirt and now I have 6 of them. I went back 5 times and left with a polo shirt each visit. There are a couple polo shirts I really want to add to my collection but XL seems to be a size that they run out of, quick.
