Every trip we have made in the last 5 years, we have ALWAYS came here 1st BEFORE doing anything else. Over the times we came here, the customer service is ALWAYS on point, always with a SMILE, & best quality items. We flew from MAUI on a day trip to get our (14 year old) twin girls their 1st gold rope chains & pendants. In the past years, pricing has always been the best here & that's why we continue to keep coming, even if we gotta fly over just for the day, its worth it. We was greeted by the owner & Lindsey. No words can explain how AMAZING Lindsey was throughout the process. She was smiling(mask on), patient, & kind, and so efficient and fast with numbers and processing everything. Although i did change my mind multiple times, She was happy with helping anyway she could. Just wanted to say, MUCH MAHALO Lindsey for all your help, bomb customer service, & being so patient & kind. Absolutely amazing experience and product. I ordered 2 custom 14K bangles and they are perfect. I was very particular about the jeweler I worked with to design my bracelets. JES jewelry was the ONLY jeweler I found with such precision on their designs. Traditional hand-carved hawaiian bracelet are beautiful, but can sometimes lack the sleek lining I was looking for.

I worked with Lindsey during the whole process and I am extremely greatful for her. She was so patient with me (I was very indecisive and picky), and she provided realistic feedback if my ideas wouldn't translate nicely onto my bracelets.
