During this last visit, I've been coming here for 10 days now for a white mocha latte everyday. Their rewards program is not very transparent and it must take a lot of purchases to get a reward because the barista said I need 80 points, and I only have 47. Why should I have to ask about the rewards program? Their machine -- where you input your number -- should be interactive and engaging. They have been out of the Kona coffee the whole time. Also, the white mocha latte has only been really good on two occasions. I go to another well-established coffee place and they definitely have consistency and I'm always surprised how often I get free coffee through their rewards program, because I don't go there often because it's not nearby. They give $1 reward for each dollar spent.
I only go here because it's convenient for a caffeine fix and not for stellar coffee or experience. There's no signage about what coffee brand they use.
The windows are always really dirty and it's always the first thing I notice. I am from Seattle and the plethora of cafes are always clean, especially the windows.
I came to this location the last time I visited Hawaii, in June of 2022. I must've purchased 15-20 coffees since last summer, without a reward.
The white mocha latte is supposed to have a caramelized, white chocolate taste but it tastes like a regular latte.
It's better to go to a cafe that has consistency rather than dealing with all the inconsistencies of a coffee not being hot or too much foam or no white chocolate or accidentally adding milk rather...

Sweet customer service. Visited this shop courtesy of a gift with the 5-star app. The ladies were lovely and very kind. Try the Death Wish coffee. Yes, I said Death Wish coffee. Liked the seals on the top of the drinks; secure until you pierce it with your straw. Perfect for throwing in your car and driving back to the office or your place, leak free.
In the same complex as Like-Like Drive-In, parking is tight, but spaces are not overly small, like in some other strip malls along Ke'eaumoku. Free parking.
Shop looks clean. No outlets easily visible, unfortunately. If you want to hang out here with any devices, bring an extra battery pack. Modern comfortable decor.
Clientele seem to be millenials looking to get their coffee on, with the occasional older jogger stopping by for boba drinks & smoothies.
Unknown bathroom availability.
First time here, would upgrade to 5 stars if quality and service are consistent, if bathrooms are available on-site, and if outlets are more available than what I saw at first...
Read moreThe is the 4th Teaspresso location I've been to. Being a couple blocks away from my work, it's extremely convenient. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is both friendly and helpful. With a wide variety of flavors, options, and add-ons, it was nice to have someone guide me in choosing the beverage for me and my tastes that visit. I tend to fancy the blended drinks, so I've tried the Matcha, Matcha Kit-Kat, and Mocha Frappe (this one I tried twice). Each beverage was made promptly and was delicious! I love having the large Boba added to my drinks. One staff member got creative and put a chocolate drizzle on the walls of my cup! The location is on the smaller side, but very clean and there is plenty of parking - either in the connecting lot, on the side streets or across the street in the Walmart parking. Since it's in the middle of a bunch of shops, it's a great place to stop for a cool beverage while running errands or shopping. I would definitely recommend this location and will be returning! Oh, don't forget to sign up for their rewards program...
