I wish I could rate this experience less, as I didn't even receive service when attempting to shop at this LV in Honolulu. Halfway through my flight, I realized I had forgotten to pack my sunglasses. I was so excited to see the store upon our arrival because I already had a few sunglasses saved on my wish list that I wanted to try in person, and this felt like kismet. While my spouse checked into the hotel, I made a beeline for the store in hopes of walking out with a new pair for my vacation. There were three SA who were working with customers already, so I decided to browse a bit while I waited. All three made direct eye contact with me yet none acknowledged my presence, which didn't bother me because I know SAs like to give customers their full attention. I sat and waited on the couches for some time, and although one customer left, I still was not greeted. After waiting even longer, I decided to spend my money elsewhere. I'm not sure if it's because I was in travel clothing, or if it's because I appear younger than I am, or any other reason the SAs deemed it appropriate to ignore me, but I was very disappointed in what I hoped would be a pleasant luxury...

My daughters and I received the most Outstanding and personalized service from Passara. She is truly a Wonderful and Lovely young lady and we appreciate her so much. Passara has patience and a meticulous eye for detail and she helped tremendously when a few items ordered arrived after our holiday departure. Her knowledge and prompt inquiries made the entire transaction seamless. We girls have always adored LV because of the exquisite aesthetics and designs released through the years. There were Gorgeous pieces we each found, which we just had to add to our collection and Passara and the LV staff@ Hilton Hawaiian Village did an Excellent job locating each piece from boutiques on the island as well as the mainland. Everything was delivered in perfect condition and wrapped so preciously!!! You showed us Exceptional client relations and we Thank You so much for making our Hawaiian Holiday so memorable. Good customer service. I wanted a quick new pair of sunglasses. Their sunglasses were a bit huge and just too gaudy. They need new designers for sunglasses. They may need my help😊.

The scarves were not Hermes pretty, but we’re okay. To be blunt, LV had its time. The pink scarves were quite nice, but the logo were a bit overwhelming. If you are over logos then this store is not for you, but some were definitely pretty.

I would suggest and did politely suggest that the service helpers know the name of the perfumer that curated the new perfumes. Customer service is not about a warm body warming the shop, but about professionalism, knowledge, politeness, and sales.
