It's a shame that this store has such bad customer service since they have nice stuff!

Bought a necklace that broke after the first use. Went back to the store and asked nice if I could get a new one. Then she says that it doesn't work because I didn't have the receipt and that it could be stolen.

Not so nice that they think you're a thief because you want compensation for a product that gets broken after first use!

I have the bank statement and the date of the purchase, but they won't give me a new one. Just RIDICULOUS for a product that costs...

Do NOT buy the dried coral from there. Lady wrapped it, I asked to put it in a box as I'm flying. She said no box but it would be safe and good. I thought ok well they do this everyday I trust her. Ya I should have known better, completely broken when I got home. What a...
