I am absolutely furious and utterly disgusted with the so-called "service" I received at your establishment. Let me paint you a vivid picture of the nightmare you've subjected me to: I got an ear piercing on Sunday, and by Monday, it was swollen to the size of a golf ball. By Tuesday, I was practically crawling to the doctor's office, where it was confirmed without a shadow of a doubt that I had contracted a horrendous infection from your shoddy piercing job.
Now, I'm stuck on a cocktail of antibiotics, battling a repulsive infection that's turned my ear into a festering mess. And do you know who's to blame for this misery? You. Your incompetent team has not only failed at their job but has actively endangered the health and well-being of your customers.
Your team should hang their heads in shame for their gross negligence and utter disregard for basic hygiene standards. You've not only made me sick but have tarnished your reputation irreparably. Disgraceful doesn't even begin to cover it.
Update regarding my recent experience with this establishment. Unfortunately, I was asked to provide sensitive banking information via email through an insecure channel by their customer service department. This raises significant concerns about their data security practices.
Furthermore, it has come to my attention that the business lacks proper cleaning training for piercing procedures, which is alarming from a hygiene standpoint. Coupled with questionable customer service and business procedures, I strongly advise caution when considering appointments here.

Read moreI went in, was a little busy. I picked out some earrings and waited at the cash register for roughly ten minutes with no one ahead of me and no cashier in sight. I noticed a worker doing free piercings near the front end of the store, I politely asked if there was anyone else available to ring me up. This young female employee looked me up and down then snarkily said she'd be with me when she was done. I had already waited for her to finish one woman's ear piercing and she switched to another lady's (without changing gloves I might add) so I placed my earrings on the counter and left the store. I'm unsure if this should reflect the entire stores service as the only times I went back, it was the same young lady working therefore I refused to purchase earrings from her. What a marketing scam!!! I was there today and the African American girl helped me. After I complained, and insisted I get a receipt, she then printed one below her register. So it was just a scam to get your email address! Or she just didn’t want to exert herself to get me one!
