I like this place, I’ve gotten some good deals, but they have some weird policies, too. Buyer beware, I bought a nice pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses, they were $90, down from $120, so the savings wasn’t spectacular. They also don’t come with a case, but there you are. After two months, the things literally fell apart, which makes me wonder if they were even real Ray-Bans!
I’ve worn with Ray-Ban’s my whole life, and I’ve never seen her fall apart like this. They haven’t been dropped or damaged, or even sat on, but the frame surrounding one lens just broke off. I know I wasn’t within the 30 day return window, but I just kind a hope that at least they will let me swap it out for a new pair, but they won’t even do that.
I will still shop there for clothing, I’m certainly not going to buy any...

Combined with awful supercilious and unhappy staff (Wanda leads the team of them) it’s just “close the door and stop the haemorrhaging” time for this nonsense. Staff are borderline rude. Why not, if you are the only customer, tempt with specials. Why almost ridicule when questioning prices? Why not be helpful, warm and chatty? How absolutely disillusioning this place is. Bought skin care. Told abruptly no 25% off despite “everything” written everywhere. I can’t tell you the face in Wanda. One would see it to believe it. Irritated and condescending.
