They offer a decent value, but I feel like they could do more to help those out with younger children. My older kids enjoyed things; my younger ones needed a lot more attention, but there wasn't much assistance from the crew as we tried to get everyone's gear adjusted and situated properly, even though clearly we were having some difficulty getting things figured out. My youngest kids mostly just stayed on the boat and watched from the back of the boat. Two of the crew whose names I don't recall were helpful at that point trying to help them still see some turtles from the boat, got them good drinks, and things were looking okay. Shortly afterward, Amos decided to draw attention to my son who was having a particularly rough time, poking fun at him and my other son who was just ducking inside his towel for a minute, which I found uncalled for and which made an already frustrating experience just that much more infuriating.

Maybe we just caught them on a bit of an off day, maybe they're hesitant to help out more due to COVID concerns or whatever, or maybe they just don't really know what to do to help out with kids; whatever the reason, if you have younger kids or just kids who you don't already know will enjoy it (and we thought we'd done a good job preparing, did some snorkeling in the pool and some tide pools and everyone enjoyed it), you might want to reconsider this as...

AWFUL!!! This was extremely difficult to find if you have never been down to Waikiki. The person on the phone was barely helpful gave poor instructions and unless you outright asked questions it was hardly more than yes or no answers. Google had stopped in the middle of the street with the address given. I had my mother visiting and spent over $200 (and they even charge $30 for a two year old). We hit unexpected traffic, finding parking was terrible, walked all around looking and ended up missing our tour. I would highly recommend pretty much anywhere else where children a certain age are free and some include dinner and drinks for a much more reasonable price. When I called back after having spent so much I was not offered any sort of compensation. I understand not being able to refund me, or even giving a full credit, these cruises have their own coats, but even a 30-20% discount on the next booking, something??? I had literally called back every few minutes trying to get to this place and all I got was sorry can’t help you. We had an absolutely horrible experience on the sunset cruise they offer tonight! Starting off we were told the best spot on the boat would be the front, which it was while we were leaving the harbour. As soon as we were out in the open ocean the MASSIVE swells began and soaked everyone up the front. I’m aware that the company has no control over the weather and the size of the waves but they were well aware of how choppy the ocean was, as they had just returned from a previous sail, and still failed to warn us about what was coming. We continued to sail into VERY deep waters with huge waves and the captain made no attempt to alter our route for a safer and more comfortable ride. I would also like to note that there were a lot of cruises going out at the same time as us, which stayed close to the shore due to the large swells, unlike the boat we were on!
