The little blue box. Its a symbol that everyone knows and wants. The name is well renowned and the jewelry they carry is timeless. Yes, I do admit they are a bit overpriced; you are paying for the quality of the item and the name brand, but also you know that you can trust that your piece is legitimate (the real deal).
I have come into this store many times, and have always received excellent customer service. You don't need to be wearing Prada shows or carry a Louis Vuitton. This store has exemplary customer service, no matter who you are. And even when I just browse and walk out with nothing, they are still very polite.
They just remodeled their store; the renovation seems to have more the store smaller but sparkle more. They have a huge selection of jewelry- all the bling is in the front and the silver is towards the back for us folks who don't make 6 figures...
They now even carry handbags and some decorative home items such as vases. They have keychains and money clips too. Some of their items have been around for awhile, like some of the Elsa Peretti designs but others have a short life (like the star collection).
As I was browsing, the lady saw my Tiffany's diamond/pink sapphire platinum ring and told me about their cleaning service. Being the skeptic of nothing is free, I asked her the uncouth question of "how much is it?" She was kind and didn't look down at me for asking such a question. She said it was free. :)
Customer Service is in the back... you can get your jewelry cleaned for free ($5 per piece for silver pieces) as often as you like.
This store has high quality items and high quality service. Who doesn't enjoy getting the little blue box or walking around the mall with that little blue bag?

I spent time on the website to choose a handful of beautiful pieces and then read reviews of the Tiffany store in the Ala Moana Shopping Center. I was impressed with what I read and the name of a particular ambassador/associate had rave reviews. I arrived at Tiffany’s and was pleasantly greeted then directed to wait for an assigned salesperson due to current pandemic guidelines. After a couple of minutes of waiting in the clean and comfy lobby, I was introduced to Gerry (Gerald) who would be assisting me - Gerry was the Ambassador of Tiffany/Aloha that I had read about in the reviews! Other reviewers were spot on about the spectacular service received from him but I’d like to add that he actually made my time with him truly enjoyable as we connected on many levels of culture, family, and life as we moved around the store to view the pieces of jewelry that interested me. In short as this is getting long, I purchased two pieces knowing that I was receiving respected name, quality, service, and ongoing support from this iconic company and Gerry. Gerry went beyond my expectations and offered to help with arranging dinner reservations for my anniversary plans which propelled him to “Ambassador of Aloha” status! She listened to my requests and sat down with us to find the perfect piece. At no time did she pressure us, assured us that any deposit was fully refundable should we decide not to go through with the purchase, and she assured us that she would call us immediately once the piece came in. We returned to the store several days later and were completely blown away by the exceptional shopping experience from the private room to the delicious desserts and champagne. Store Manager, Jeron introduced himself, answered all of our questions and offered us complimentary hand-engraving to include the characters on all of the pieces we purchased. They made the shopping experience fun, exciting, at ease, and made us feel like we were the most important people in the store.
