Zudao Foot Massage Center — Local services in Honolulu

This was one of the worst places I have ever been, the manager was the rudest unprofessional employee. My services was great until the employee broke my 5,000 dollar necklace the manager claimed that they were independent contractors and not responsible even if she broke policy and removed jewelry as the store policy is not to remove jewelry. I spoke with the manager very politely explaining the situation and asked for compensation for it to be repaired which was around 300-500 dollars she haggled and haggled till the officer intervened and then said began threatening and saying call the police or we’ll mail you the money later when I am not from the state. I called the police and he was able to explain that she needed to compensate and she started bargaining. Before providing not even 1/4 of coverage to repair it and wouldn’t hand it to me till I told her I would not write any poor reviews or file a complaint with the better business bureau. The officer informed her that I have the right to report her and she then began withholding it After just deciding I wasn’t getting anywhere I said okay and I’ll take the little compensation and left she came out after the police left and came to the car and began cursing and saying racial slurs and flipping us off chasing us out the parking lot. I was in so much shock I couldn’t believe I promise you do not go here because If there is any type of incident the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I do no recommend going here due...

I’ve always seen these foot massage places in Waikiki and wanted to check them out. This trip I finally did, I wish I would have tried somewhere else. The price is reasonable if they had did a good job ..the place is dark inside and they played soothing music was nice to get in without an appt. Felt like a nail salon in a way .. I got the combo half body massage half foot massage .. you leave your clothes on. At first was just me and another couple but then the room was full of old hairy men with their shirts off .. the foot massage was WHACK was basically someone applying lotion no pressure what so ever to the point it was making angry I had to pay for this they should even use the word massage .. then after I paid they yelled at me out loud asking for a tip ! Which I did not give them .. they didn’t deserve it .. my tip is to advise you to go...

From start to finish a 5 Star experience! I walked in & was immediately welcomed by two beautiful ladies at reception. I did not have an appointment. I chose the 70 minute combo massage for $60.00. It was incredible! I love deep tissue massage & it was perfection. Zudao is clean & the massage tables are so comfortable. The massage began sitting up soaking my feet in warm water with a neck, shoulder, arm massage and stretching. After this it was over to the super comfortable massage table for a full body massage. It started face down then face up. It included some awesome stretches. It finished with the foot massage while laying on the table. On exiting I received a bottle of water & they even had a big bowl of Halloween candy. Super cute touch. This is a great place to buy gift cards for the holidays. Who would not love this as a gift.
