I do not see how this business has a five star rating. Please take this review with a grain of salt and be weary of doing business with them.
On June 16th I dropped my desktop off to have files transferred over to an external hard-drive and possibly fix the hard drive that was inside the desktop (needed the diagnostic test to confirm). The guy told me they would call me sometime the coming up week with an update.
I call on Friday the 23Rd to get an update and they haven't gotten to it due to them being swamped. Understandable. I called that following Monday to get an update and they told me I was second in line. Perfect! The next day they called me asking what all I wanted done becuase the guy that took it didn't leave any notes. I told them what I needed and they called me that night to confirm the folders and documents I needed transferred. They then told me they would do the diagnostic soon.
Let's skip to today, the 3rd of July. I called and spoke with Danny. Danny starts telling me he sees they did a file transfer, but it looked like I needed a new power supply, video card, and possibly a motherboard. Okay, thanks. It's been three weeks now though so I'm a little ticked that more has been added to the list, but that happens. He calls me back later on and tells me he picked up the wrong computer, but tells me he doesn't know what's wrong with my computer and he will need to do a diagnostic. What? You haven't done this already.
I went up to the store to talk with them in person because I was a little frustrated, and when I walk in he is just sitting in his chair on his phone. I asked him if he ran the test and he said no. I paid for my transfer fee and told him since he didn't do the test that I wanted my computer back. I paid, he said thank you, and not once did he apologize for this inconvenience.
I will never go back to this business and will guide others away that ask me where to go for computer problems. If I knew it would have taken this long then I would have done all the work myself with no experience in facing a computer.

Read moreThe owners of this business show professionalism and care for your needs. I took my PC in recently to have them diagnose it and tell me what part would be needed to replace. They called me in a time-appropriate manner and let me know it was the GPU, so I told him that sounds good and I'll bring the part in when I have it.
After I gave them the new part and they put it in for me, I came to pick it up was and confused to hear that they did not run any diagnostic/benchmark softwares on my computer to make sure the issue was resolved. They just made sure it could boot and assumed all was fine. It's not a big deal to me but in the past with other shops this service is usually included when repairing PCs. Price was fair at $125 for a week of back and forth discussing the repair.
My only complaint is they unplugged my secondary hard drive to install a fresh copy of Windows (per my request) but did not plug my hard drive back in upon returning it back to me.
