My recent encounter with the manager and cashier at All Saints by the Galleria left me furious. Despite being within the 28-day return window, they not only refused my return but were incredibly rude, giving me a hard time. It's infuriating that a brand I love has such poorly managed staff in this area. I want to commend Kylie, the young woman and “personal stylist” who made our nearly 2-hr shopping experience both productive and enjoyable. Had it not been for her, we would have tried on the first couple dresses we saw and left when they didn’t look right. Instead, Kylie kept suggesting new & different styles based on my daughter’s body type and taste; made herself available for the fitting and adjusting of dress straps etc when needed; and gave us awesome ideas for making one dress suit many occasions.
