BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was so disappointed abt the store. I went to the store on Nov 21st and wanted to get a dress i like but they didnt have my size so one of the girl works in there offered to help me order it online. I agreed with it. On Nov 27th i checked my bank acc , i saw they charged me twice with the amount of $75.72. I called the store and asked them nicely if they can help me with this issue, they told me to contact customer services. I called customer service number, it keeps transferring me to voice mail. I was patient until today Nov 30th . I checked my acct .They charged me again (2nd time) w the amount of $75.72. I was really upset. Called the store again and again...still helpless, Coudnt make it through customer service number. I emailed them, no response. I called the bank and during the time i was on the phone with the bank. I saw there is a new transaction was made , and there you go... another extra charge from them, the same amount of $75.72 (this is the 3rd time).I told myself thats it, i cant wait for their CUSTOMER SERVICE anymore, I had to cancel everything from the bank. Girls,be aware of this store. The order was placed by an employee in store but when i call for help, none of them is...

This is such a beautiful store with beautiful clothing and accessories. The items I have purchased here are the things that I get complimented on most often, which is always nice. (Side note: if you see some thing that you like or admire about someone… Tell them!! Your kind words may be the very best part of their whole day!) The employees here make you feel so welcome and at home. They greet you and let you know they are there for you if you need them, but balance that perfectly by allowing you to shop on your own. I'd say the prices are a bit on the high end, but you usually get what you pay for. The quality of the clothing I have purchased is superb. They do, however, have a room that's filled with markdowns that's always so much fun to look through and is probably one of my favorite parts of the store! I'm not sure why you have to pay to park in front of the store, but you do. You get an hour for around $1.25, not much, but paying to park in front of a store that you're shopping in seems a bit excessive to me. I still love this store though, and always enjoy the time I...

I have had a fantastic experience here the last two days doing some post Christmas clothes shopping to revamp my wardrobe. Aspen in the fitting rooms was impeccably kind, helpful, and friendly as I made my way through a mountain of clothes I had to try on and was very understanding when I talked about my philosophy of trying only to purchase things I absolutely love. Then today when I came back to the store because I decided one of my coats I purchased was bigger than I wanted Gianna was a master multitasker helping both me and another customer with a return simultaneously with absolute precision for each step of our transactions.
