Binz Parking Garage — Local services in Houston

Terrible experience. Don't park here if you can avoid it. We couldn't get out of the parking garage because the machine was not working (wouldn't take any of our 3 cards) then after sitting there we finally got someone to answer our call. Over the call, they told us to go to a different side (broken one that had cones). We had to move the cones and then (after paying) we had to pick up the broken traffic control arm only to get yelled at by random employees walking by and some guy writing down my licence plate number and REFUSING to talk to us about the situation and for us to explain what...

Binz provides ample parking space right in the middle of downtown at a very reasonable daily price of just $10 (at the time of writing this review). Located right off Texas Ave and very close to i45, this is a great spot to park overnight if lodging in a downtown hotel nearby. Elevators are located at the corner of each floor.

Did valet parking through the Hyatt hotel. Got my brand new truck the next day with both Cadillac Converters cut off. The parking garage, nor the valet company wants to take responsibility. The parking garage has the thieves on camera as well. THIS WAS 100% a planned operation coordinated by the parking garage as well as RKG parking solutions. DO NOT trust these crooks with your vehicle. Absolute worst experience i have ever had to deal with. Customer service on both sides are horrible. I REPEAT, DO NOT TRUST...
