I did my nails just a few weeks ago and I loved them! The shape was so perfect, the quality is great. They didn’t break or chip AT ALL. My hubby kept complimenting them. They’re truly beautiful. I have done my nails at various places in the river oaks area and although I have liked them, they don’t always last very long. Nails are expensive! So when you pay, you want to know you won’t be looking crazy in a week or two. I have a 5 month old and sometimes it’s hard to go back just for a slightly chipped nail. Anyways, this wasn’t an issue because my nails are 3 weeks old and all in tact. They’re grown out but you can tell the quality of the polish is top tier.
Okay, now let me tell you, this is my first Google review. I had to leave one because these sweet ladies were so patient with me and my baby, who is usually quite quiet and chill but obviously growing and moving around more. I believe it was Kate who actually took my baby (as she was moving quite a bit) before my husband came to be with her, and she loved her! My husband and son ended up coming into the store too and they were just so sweet with him as well. Anyways, life story over, this is a great place and v convenient for me location wise.
The main reason I’ll be returning through is due to the quality of the nails, the shape, the attention to detail. The location is an added bonus and the sweet spirit of these ladies make it a more enjoyable...
Read moreI recently discovered this hidden gem of a nail salon after being disappointed by my previous salon, whose quality and customer service had declined. From the moment I called to book an appointment to the second my nails were done, the entire team was incredibly warm, welcoming, professional, and kind.
Bae did my pedicure, and she was absolutely immaculate. She used tools I rarely see at other nail salons to clean out my ingrown nails—something I’ve struggled with for a long time—and she did it so well that it felt amazing. Then, Kim did my set, and I was blown away by the level of detail and precision she put into making sure they were exactly what I wanted.
Lastly, the manager, Jessica, was so kind and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel valued and ensured I had the best experience possible. I love supporting small businesses because they offer something that big, commercialized salons just don’t—an intimate, relaxing experience that truly feels personal. Knowing I have a go-to spot where I can unwind every couple of weeks is priceless.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-tier service, attention to detail, and a team that genuinely cares about their clients. I’ll definitely be...
Read moreI'm newer to Houston, and was looking for a nail salon that I could depend on. I tried a few others in the area before I went to Chanails, and I'm glad I finally found a nail salon that works for me.
First of all, they are by far the friendliest group of women I have met. The owners/conceptualizers are there during business hours and are very attentive to your needs. The nail technicians listen to what you're looking for and provide just that, also seeking feedback while they are doing your nails/pedi.
The nail salon itself is super clean - they are constantly keeping up with any dust or debris that occurs when they do your nails. The equipment is new and well-maintained. Also, they offer you water, coffee, tea, or other beverages while you wait.
I have not had any issues getting an appointment or walking in - the most I've waited is 20 minutes. But, it is worth the wait because you know that they are going to give you what you ask for. They are more inclined to tell you to call in the next time if you walk...
