It's very clean and they have a nice selection of expensive stuff. expect to pay extra just for the neighborhood. most of the personnel are friendly and accommodating. there is one management lady that is not. She refusses to smile, at least for me. I attempt to greet her & she looks straight threw me yet nev3r makes eye contact. Older, skinny, short lady. don't go in there with your Walker if you're a veteran or disabled senior citizen. she sneers down her nose at you like your homeless as if they're supposed to be something wrong with that. she'll have people follow you around thinking you're going to steal. I have caught her speaking, in a whisper to other customers & then they will look straight at me. I am a 62 years old female veteran, 100% disabled, and a widow of 6 yrs. I've been coming here for almost 3 years now and she still has people follow me around expecting me to do something, SMH. that's a real nice way to thank you're local veteran. I have bought over $600 worth of clothes before and she still treats me like this. do not understand it. do not know why, & I really don't care anymore. I have prayed for her & now i am done. four nights ago i ran into her at a gas station, do you think she would speak ? Any form of acknowledgement ?absolutely not, look...
Read moreI had an original great review about CATHY! But now I am going to edit my 5 star review to 3 stars. Months ago I had Donna as the lady who helped me check out. She was rude and seems bothered when I asked her to help me regarding my Target App coupons...She was so rude that I felt just upset when I left the store. Well today I had the pleasure to see her again at checkout. I observed her facial expression as she checked out the person in front of me (seemed RUDE as always) although I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. So when it was my turn to check out (i was not greeted) But I greeted her myself and said Good afternoon Mrs. Donna how are you. She replied...alright. when I asked her again about my Target app Coupons she was so rude about it again. Like come on now you are in customer service if you don't like people move to the back where you don't have to deal with people! I was having a great day until I she helped me out! As I was checking out the person behind me forgot something and left her stuff there and she mumbled something that I couldn't catch. Maybe Mrs donna just has an overall rude personality and does not mean to be or sound ugly it just comes out that way. Can we please get a friendly cashier, Thx. sincerely, the lady who loves...
Read moreDefinitely an avid target shopper I think I go there at least once a week because it’s close by to do groceries and quick last-minute errands—- I have never come across such horrible customer service ever at a target before and let alone somewhere that is so close to the river oaks area especially in the heart of the city. I have a service dog, not only an emotional support animal, and the manager or whoever he was at the front was so incredibly distasteful. He said ma’am “ I am sure I told you last week that dogs weren’t allowed in the store,” FYI I never have brought my puppy to this store before because I just moved in this area so ummm what? I responded that wasn’t me and before I could even go about explaining or even apologizing for any inconvenience that he may have felt, he just cut me off and went on rambling. I totally understand that every store has their own policy but what I don’t understand is why you wouldn’t try to talk to the customer as a human being not some psycho dictator. Very disappointed and expected much better from Target to pick better employees on representing their storefront. Be careful going in there guys! You might just meet the...
