Read moreHad a bad experience last Friday 7/11/25. For the life of me I cannot remember this bartenders name but she is fairly new. She's tall, white, has big gauges on her ears, and has an attitude. Well I was enjoying my time here like I always do every Friday. For a little more context she wasn't bartending that night. My girlfriend clocked her staring at me before I noticed it. She was hard-core staring me down then she came close to me to say something to me. She complained that I didn't tip a certain amount or that I didnt tip at all, I couldn't hear since the music was loud. I've been coming here for well over a year and always tipped my bartenders and sometimes I'm a bit too intoxicated to remember to tip but I generally do. Back then I was super generous on tipping but life changes for us and I don't make the same money I made back then but I try to tip something regardless. She took it upon herself to ask me "what do you do for a living?" Like as if thats any of her damn business. There's two bartenders that I love back there. Jesse and I'm sorry I can't remember her name but shes the elegant woman with the sick tattoos. Love them both but the bartender I'm talking about has a nasty attitude. Anyways I kept asking her what is this regarding and then she gave up asking me that question. My girlfriend talked a gentleman named Mikey who was very helpful. If I could leave a 5 star review it would be for Mikey. He was professional and apologized for her rude behavior towards me. I will continue coming here but I will be hesitant to purchase alcohol from here...
Read moreOof. This pains me as I was just here last month for Summoning the Lich, and it was amazing! Not sure what's going on now though, but it left me sour. There's a crackhead stationed in the parking lot, where the sign states there will NEVER be an attendant, yet here was one trying to hustle us for money. We parked somewhere else. After waiting in the line that was to get in, and also for ticket purchase, we were informed inside that the show was sold out. However, I had 2 tickets queued up for purchase online. They refused to sell at the door. Afterward, I reserved another 12 tickets without any issue. I don't know who decides not to sell at the door while there are still plenty of tickets available online, but y'all lost my money on the tickets, and the inevitable large bar tab, as well as the bands losing their merch sales. Spent around $350 last time I saw a show here, couldn't justify it this time with the shady business practices and lack of communication going on.
Furthermore, I'll be sure to let the promotion and the bands know about this, as well as any bands I promote in the future. I'm all for a sold-out show, that's really great for the band-- but you're literally keeping sales from them and yourselves by refusing at-door sales for a show that's not technically sold out.
Also, you can always update the marquee board to put that the show was sold out, if it really was.
These pics are from after I already left out of frustration- it will still let me buy...
