I ordered only 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches online ahead and gave them 10mins before I arrived to make the order. One of my drinks didnt even require any effort to make, it was one of those "refreshers" that comes from a machine. When I arrived no one would even Acknowledge me, look at me, say hello, or "please give us one min to help you", Nothing. I was completely ignored for over 15mins while I'm standing at the register. Then when I'm finally helped they are very rude and short and apparently did Not even start making my order then. I waited 35mins until I recieved my order and when I politely asked to speak to the manager I was dismissed and the worker quickly walked away. This is the SECOND tim Hortons location I've been to that had VERY POOR Service. They are either rude or too busy taking selfies behind the counter to make our drinks that eventually had LONG HAIR inside the cup trapped in the lid closure. This is beyond unacceptable. We frequeat coffee establishments like this and Really wanted to give this chain a try but it's been repeatedly bad experiences for us. Read moreI cannot speak on the food because we threw it out as soon as we left. I was introduced to Tim Hortons when I was deployed and love their coffee. After we placed our order and waiting, we noticed a fly flying on the doughnuts and pastries. I brought it to the cashiers attention who at first started pulling the pastries out and laid them on a sticky counter to the right of the display. When we left I decided to use their restroom before driving off. I walked back in and they placed the pastries that the fly touched back in the display case which I knew was the same pastries because of how they were displayed. We threw out our whole order.
