Terrible experience. We reserved a tux in January, took measurements, and paid the deposit for an April event. We were supposed to pick up the tux 2 days before the event (clearly stated on the receipt). Two weeks before the event, I called and the confirmed the reservation. Three days before the event I called and again they confirmed the reservation. Two days before the event, I called to confirm it was there before we drove to pick it up and they said they did not have it. I pointed out the "two day prior" statement on the receipt and they said they were sorry but come in the next day and they would make it up to us. The next day, we called and they said they didn't have it but it would be in by 7pm. We arrived at 7pm and the tux didn't fit. The pants were too big and the coat too small. We were able to pin the pants but the coat had to be replaced. They said they would need to order another one and it would be in the next morning "first thing". They also then tried to charge us for a "rush delivery". We got to see their receipt and figured out they messed up and had to put in a rush order of their own when they finally figured out they never ordered it (lol, and then tried to charge us for it). We questioned how 3 months in advance was a rush order. They realized, again, they screwed up royally and discounted the price. So, we showed up "first thing" on the day of the event and, of course, no jacket. They said it was on a UPS or FedEx truck somewhere and should be here "anytime". We explained we had 1 hour to get to an event that we already had to postpone because they didn't have the tux here two days ago. We got passed around between 2 or 3 people because they didn't know what to do with the fact that they owed us a jacket and none of them knew where it was. One guy finally went in the back and got us a higher quality jacket from another designer that would match the pants. To our knowledge, the jacket for us never did show up. All their "email" alerts never came and they were extremely rude about fixing their mistake. Somehow it was our fault for wanting the tux when we agreed to pick it up. Also, they fact that they put us through 2 days of yo-yo'ing when they had jackets in the back that would work is very annoying. I would have paid the upgrade just to avoid the trips back and forth to their store and have it over with. So, long story short, terrible service, terrible experience, apparently a very broken process, we won't be going back. Only getting 1 star because there...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences ever!!!! I went to get measured on two occasions for the same wedding. The first time I arrived, a tall gentleman measured me for a coat and, afterward, claimed that he did not need to take other measurements. After leaving, I was told to pick up my suit a couple of days before the wedding. Nonetheless, I checked back with the store 2 weeks before the wedding to receive total measurements, which should have been completed the first time. Aquiv (gets 5 stars he was accommodating) completed the measures and discovered my measurements were off by at least 3-5 inches. When I pointed out my initial experience (measured the last time) he attempted to assure me that the gentleman who took my measurements was a "pro". He can look at a person and tell their measurements off-hand. This time I left the store with a receipt and information about the specific date to retrieve my suit. Next, I go pick up the suit, and the attendant informed me that they put two Identical shirts in my bag in case I wanted to change shirts at some point during the wedding(?)... However, after arriving at the wedding, I discovered I was the only groomsman who did not have a vest with my suit. The groom had to change all the original photos plans with our jackets off, due to me not having a vest; how embarrassing. I called, and to make the store personnel aware of this issue, she recommended that upon returning the suit, I address my concerns with a manager. During my return, multiple requests to speak with a manager were denied, I settled to speak with store personnel after they continued to ignore my request. I did inform the attendants that since my request to speak with a manager was denied, I will be taking this issue up and sharing my experience with the BBB, social media, within my corporation, and affiliates. The worker said we would refund the money for the vest; although I appreciate the $20 and apology, it does not replace help with the negative experience and the $278 I paid...
Read moreThis place was terrible. Called for weeks and could never get anyone to answer the phone. I had to set up and appointment online with a customer service rep to have myself and 5 groomsmen fitted. When I told the customer service rep that I could never get a hold of the store, they told me that they are more than likely too busy to answer the phones. When we arrived, I gave the people my confirmation number and they pretend that I wasn’t even in the system, even though I saw my name pop up on their iPad. The people that took measurements were completely inaccurate, nothing fit, and they barely discussed anything with me before trying to take all of my money. When I told him I would like to see more of a complete tuxedo, they told me that they could only allow me to try on the black ones and that I would have to envision the one I wanted instead, because they couldn’t let me try on the navy suits as I requested. He tried to charge me multiple times during the fitting, and when I told him I wanted to hold off and look elsewhere, the sales person got very offended that I was looking elsewhere for other options. He said “what do you mean other options? I’ve been working with y’all for 30 minutes now!” He then proceeded to try to tell me that I had to pay a deposit for him taking the time to fit me and my groomsmen. Then he came up to me and said that their system was broken and that a deposit wasn’t needed whatsoever. This place was not busy at all. The entire time we were there, you had multiple people work. There were standing around in a group trying to come up with a secret handshake. 0 selection and 0 customer service. Imagine somebody walking in to pick out a tuxedo for the biggest day of their life and a salesperson tells you to just envision what it will...
