10/10 donāt recommend. - not a good experience. Asked for a full set- 85 total- 20 to remove, I believe the full set was 50.
I got them done late Monday night and was excited they were able to do my nails for me as I had something going on the next day. Lynn was very nice and friendly then. After a couple days of staring at them, I called and set a time to get them fixed.
I got an almond shape, and the sides/ under the nail almost had a hoof like appearance, as in the nail was filed upwards creating a slanted appearance from my nail to the acrylic.
The acrylic didnāt cover it to the other side of my nail
The bulk of the nail was very flat and thin looking, rather than a little raised and full appearance. One nail was even deviated a little inward.
Every nail on my right hand were longer than the left.
The shape is varied, some were slanted and not centered.
And my cuticles looked horrible.
What I didnāt know was the manicure is separate from the full set. Upon me realizing this they ask the customer to chime in. At this point I have spent $85 on my nails, they look like hell, and my cuticles are horrendous.
I called and they offered to fix them. After having to argue with them about what I didnāt like, (they tried to say my nail grew out in two days, from side to side?) they asked a customer to look at them. Unprofessional, but okay cool. OF COURSE she saw it. I find out the manicure, I wasnāt offered in the first place is an extra $20, I told them thatās fine āIāll pay it, Iāve spent enough on my nails already I need them to look doneā. Lyn goes about fixing my nails. And at the end Iām looking at them and they look much better. I asked her to smooth one nail as the gloss appearance wasnāt smooth, she did.
One of the other ladies comes to look at them and I realize how the right hand is still longer than the left. Lynn offered to file it, but as my left hand already looks like animal claws, I opted to leave them as they were, I was happy enough with them. At this point, the other lady was still looking at them and I mentioned how maybe their style is different than what Iām used to showing her how itās flat and some are a bit more rounded from the base, Lyn says āNo moreā. ā¦..Lol. (I was appreciative they looked decent and wasnāt going to ask her to do anything more). The lady standing there mentioned next time I come back, and I told her honestly Iām not coming back. Lyn says āokayā smiling/ nodding then proceeds to tell the other lady āno she doesnāt like how we do it, thatās okayā.
I pay for my manicure and tip again. I honestly wish I went somewhere else. When- the quality is so bad to begin with that it takes two trips to the salon for them to look okay, I have to argue to convince them of whatās very visible to the naked eye, and Lynās horrible attitude blatantly disregarding the value of my business to seal the experience- any other nail salon becomes a better option.
(If they had lights at the manicure station, I think the quality/ experience wouldnāt have made it to Lynās horrible attitude.) Thank you for fixing them for me, I hope your business will make the necessary improvements going forward. I will absolutely not be back, but from a business standpoint- itās much cheaper to keep the customers you have than get new ones. Next time someone has an issue with your work, remember that itās not personal. I take pride in where I spend my money, most...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWORST NAIL SHOP in the world undoubtedly. I only came here because it has a similar name to one I used to go to, turns out this wasnāt it. When I realized, I shouldāve just left. It was dirty, absolutely disgusting and they donāt practice sanitizing policies. Pretty sure they should be shut down. They had me sitting in just water for 15 mins. My pedicure was so painful, they were rough and using the wrong tools. I was uncomfortable the whole time which defeats the purpose. They donāt even put a towel over the part where you rest your foot. Gross. I literally had to ask for one. I showed a pic of my nail inspo, they said they could do it. For some reason they canāt get shape right to save their lives and all I asked for was square. It was so uneven, bulky and just hard to look at. I tried to get over it, but then the woman couldnāt get the French tip part right so I just asked her NICELY to please just take them off. I donāt want to waste anymore of either of our time. The man came close to me yelling and I had to ask him to lower his tone. As Iām waiting for a soak off, he comes back to tell me that Iām never allowed back. Why would i even come back? Thatās exactly what I told him and he yelled from across the shop telling me he doesnāt care. LOL so professional. Also itās important to note that after I got my nails taken off, my pedicure price miraculously went up. They are so horribly unprofessional, under qualified and NOT skilled by any means. The cleanliness enough should be enough to stay far away from this place! Do NOT come here. No way youāre leaving happy unless you have extremely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe customer service was the issue. We were visiting from Michigan and I told them the exact service I wanted and they never stopped pandering me and my sister for upgraded services. We end up doing one solely because of the benefits guaranteed over the cheaper services. Instead of shellac that the owner said would last two weeks, I did a nail dip which she said would last at least a month. I didn't expect to go a full month but at least the two weeks. My dip did not last that long. When I called about a refund and why it was the usual nail salon response of course no refunds but she said if I came in she'd fix one nail. Well 4 nails were damaged and I don't live there. When I told her this she said I don't know what to do, lol you're a business owner and your service did stand by what you promised for me to spend extra and so you have a dissatisfied customer!!! I'm sure you're not dependent on my service alone make it right!!!! I didn't even ask for a full refund because my SHELLAC pedicure is actually still fine but my hands look a mess. She was unwilling to do anything about it. The quality of her work also decreased as more people came in and when told about the issues then she gave my sister a file to fix it herself because she started rushing. We are great tippers and did not ask for that or the other services back but we should have. Not a...
