Location/Parking: Great location in the heights. The parking has been easy for me since I go at times where the other businesses aren't open. Just be mindful that maybe during regular business hours the parking might be sparse.
Studio: The studio is really clean and the space to put your stuff away is nice and roomy. You don't feel like you are climbing all over people to grab your things. Free locker with key is also really great. I look forward to trying our more classes and instructor. The size of mat room isn't too big but they space it out well so you have plenty of room to workout.
Class: So far I have only done the heated mat classes with Ida and they have been a great addition to my routine. I love that the class is heated but not HOT. Its enough to get your body warm and to add intensity to the class but not feel like you're gonna overheat. There is always a good amount of warm up and cool down. The class is challenging and you are able to make it as hard as you want. You're encourage to go at your own pace which I appreciate.

Read moreI love the heights studio!! I keep coming back to take Liv and AJ’s hot mat and reformer classes. Their energies are so fun, they motivate you to challenge yourself, and they explain and demonstrate well how to properly do the formations so you feel them in the right places. I also like how they structure their classes, they’re upbeat and flow well, and I really feel I’m hitting full body in them and not spending too much time focused on one area.
You can’t go wrong with any of the instructors here, they are all fantastic and offer something different. The studio is upkept and clean and they have lockers for you to store your things which I love. The aesthetic is amazing, and it’s definitely one of my go to studios now.
