I recently purchased a watch from Rob at Times Past and couldn't be happier about it. I walked into their beautiful showroom and was quickly greeted by his wonderful wife Donae. After looking at a few watches through the cases Rob immediately came up to me and asked me to tell him what I was looking for and informed me that the majority of his inventory is not out. After listening to my wants he quickly returned with 4-5 watches that exactly matched the criteria I expressed to him. I was given the pros about each style and also background information on specifications I had no idea I even needed to know. The entire process was extremely comfortable and I thank Rob for making me feel good about my purchase without the typical pressure sales that most jewelers apply. I came here a while back to buy a bag, I looked around the shop and found a bag I was interested In purchasing. There was a younger lady helping a customer and the two owners were also present. Neither of the owners acknowledged me nor asked for assistance, so I sat down and waited my turn to be helped with my purchase. At this point the male owner came from the back office brandishing a gun on his hip and was very obviously attempting to ensure that I seen it for whatever reason. I’m not sure if they felt threatened by me for any reason as I did not do or say anything that would cause alarm. Once the young lady was done with the other customer, she approached me and I inquired about the bag, she was extremely helpful. I made my purchase and left. I decided it was time to purchase my first Rolex, and had an idea of what I was looking for, and gave The Vintage Contessa/Times Past a call to see if they could help. I was completely blown away by the entire experience from start to finish. On Monday I spoke with Mandy and told her what I was looking for, and within 10 minutes she sent me a text with a picture, and could not believe that it was exactly what I wanted. She answered all my questions, and I asked her to hold it for me until Thursday when I could make my way over to see it.
