What an AWFUL store experience. I've shopped at so many stores and this was probably my WORST Customer Service experience which sadly tarnishes the brand image incredibly. I took my sister to the store to get her a new belt for her birthday and then the staff wouldn't even let me touch the belt "because of my nails". I was taken aback and confused primarily because I was a paying customer and actually wanted to purchase the belt?? How is one supposed to purchase things without being able to touch/try it on?? Am I supposed to imagine it on her or something?? The store clerk was also incredibly rude. Always talked over us and was shoving his own opinions down our throat. The overall experience was so disgusting that we walked out because we felt so disrespected. Please train your staff about basic customer interaction and service because it eventually does affect the overall brand image. Left such a bad taste in my mouth that we decided to NEVER come back and shop from here....

She was screaming :" Enough! One parfume is enough! Stop spraying parfumes! Really? If she has an allergy, she should not work there or at least not standing right on top of us!...
