Texas Children's Hospital Abercrombie Building — Local services in Houston

If I could leave no stars I would, I rushed my four month old to the emergency department, not knowing she could roll over because she’s a premature baby, I was treated like a criminal the entire time. I am now facing Cps which is fine because I can’t even stand to watch her get her shots done at her pediatricians. Much less cause harm to her intentionally. These people aren’t helpful they actually pulled on my daughters limbs more then when they were removing her from my body during the emergency c section when she was born. The doctor said your story doesn’t make sense how did a four month old premature baby roll over? As she’s saying this my baby is on the gurney rolling over so much so that she asked if I would like the bed rails up so she wouldn’t fall!! Girl what??? I had her repeat both things she had just said to me and looked at her like she was popping to many pills or drunk or something. And now there’s a report with Cps stating that same thing…. I’m confused!!! Maybe the doctor needs to be drug tested…???? Anyways don’t go here go anywhere else

Update: cps harassed me so much because of this I lost my job, I told them unless they have a court order I wouldn’t do anything else for them. No phone calls no showing up nothing for over a week so I called them turns out they in fact had no case what so ever!!

Nothing is done to people who file such reports out of spite! This hospital is literally the most horrible hospital I’ve ever encountered. Go to the woodlands that staff never judges...

I love the Texas children’s hospital , they have helped my daughter so much , but the 7th floor in the Abercrombie absolutely sucks ! I been paging a nurse for 10 minutes nobody has yet to come , she keeps having her infantile spasm seizures and I have yet been able to speak neurology ! I want to be moved to a different wing before I lose my shit with this wing !...

Don’t even waste your time. Waited 7 hours to get seen in emergency room and then told me the wait...
