Trudy's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Houston

I should have just paid extra to have the items shipped to my house so I didn't have to deal with the cashier accusing me of not paying for the items I bought off the Hallmark site and had shipped to this location.

I had a tea towel and a mug and shipped to this location. It's in the same center as Kroger so I figured I could run some errands while I was there.

I received an email saying that my items had arrived at the store. And I received two separate calls from this store saying that both my items had arrived. My items had shipped separately, this is important later on.

The cashier brings out a flat package which is obviously just the tea towel. I ask about the mug. She says that there's nothing else back there. I ask her to please check again, I show her the email, and we go back and forth a couple times because she doesn't believe me even though I showed her the receipts. At this point there’s a line starting to form. I'm guessing the manager overheard us and went back to check. And lo and behold she found my other package with my name clearly on the label.

Even after all of that, the cashier continued to question everything about my order. Even going so far as to say I didn't pay for those items. How can anyone have something shipped to a store with their name on the shipping label and receipts without paying for it first? Make...

Never again will I visit or shop at this Hallmark Store. The sales person was very rude too me.S o I went to visit the store to get my sister a birthday card to go along with her gift. I walked in and started looking at the Precious Moments figurines and then went and looked at the Rainbow Brite display where I called my friend Allison to see if she had them all. So I started looking for a card. There were other individuals in the store this lady comes up on the end of the aisle im standing on and in a loud voice says sir,"Do you want help picking out the card!" I was like ."No." I was about to ask her how much was one of the precious moments figures was when she then says in a rude loud tone,"Well we close in 3 mins." Then she goes "Do you want me to look?" with an attitude. By that time in my head im like no. I told her "No nevermind that's fine." I walked out and I will never visit nor give my money to that...

My mother took my daughter here because I had to work and she’s been bugging me about going here everytime we leave Kroger but because we have groceries we always go home so I ask my mother who is 68yo to take my 8 year old to buy whatever 8 year old buy well on July 26th i Apple Pay my mother $50 to get whatever they may find well from the moment she gets in the store she’s followed around constantly and once she notices she asked the employee ma’am why are you following me, the employee tried to play it off and act nonchalant but upon my mother requesting a manager they claim there is no manager and they had no number to contact a supervisor long story short my mother left and they spent that $50 somewhere else so if you’re a AA grandmother out there looking to do some small shopping with your grandkid...
