I don't shop very often and I know times may be different due to the "post COVID" syndrome affecting customer service but I go to Men's Warehouse for the selection and service. When I went recently, I was welcomed and asked if they could help. I told them I wanted to look around and see what they had. They said ok and went about their business The selection was fine and I found some items, but the sales rep never came back. I had multiple items in my arms, and no one asked if I needed a dressing room or if they could take the clothes I had picked out and set them aside, both of these are activities I had experienced in the past. I had to find the sales rep, ask for a dressing room, which they got and left me to it. No inquiries on if I had questions or needed help. When I tried on garments and walked to the mirror, no one asked if I wanted the pants taylored. I again had to find them and ask. I'm not someone who needs constant attention, but I am the customer, and they should try to gain my business. It felt like I should get my clothes, ring myself out and not bother them. I dropped off the clothes and left. I guess I'm just used to good customer service at Men's Warehouse. Well, money is tight and hard times are coming, so I'll be selective on where I shop, but this Men's Warehouse location won't...
Read moreWorst customer service experience I’ve ever had, by far. Had an appointment for a fitting for my wedding. Myself and 9 others drove over an hour to this location. When we got there, they weren’t prepared for us, got so flustered, and blamed it on their manager for leaving them short staffed. They made us feel bad for even being there. The girl who has a tattoo of a dog named Maddie on her arm was INCREDIBLY rude. They took what was supposed to be an exciting appointment with my loved ones and turned it into stress and anger. They were not accommodating in any way and just made us feel like we were inconveniencing them for even being there. We were the only ones in the store and they were talking about “we’ve been slammed all day” and just openly stressing out about having to get measurements for 5 people. Apparently that’s too much for them to handle. So we called Tuxedo Junction, they had what we wanted and they said they could take our party of 5 immediately so we left, went there, and had a terrific experience. I’m so happy I didn’t give any of my business to Men’s Wearhouse. They have a serious customer service...
Read moreI am not ever someone to write reviews or complain, but we had what was supposed to be a fun, exciting day turn into an angry nightmare here. We had a large number of family and friends drive over an hour to be measured and rent suits for our wedding. Immediately the staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them for being there even though we had an appointment. The woman we checked in with had airpods in and didn’t take them out to speak with us. The other woman we dealt with, I wish I would’ve gotten her name, was so incredibly rude and flustered. She wouldn’t stop bad mouthing their manager and how they left them unprepared because they’ve been “slammed” all day (we were the only ones there). She proceeded to be short with us and tell us that they didn’t have anything we wanted, didn’t try to sell us on anything they DID have, and actually told us to go try other stores. I have no idea what her problem was, but it was awful. DO NOT take your business to this Men’s Warehouse. We went to Tuxedo Junction attached to the mall and it was a...
