Stay away from this place. I placed an order online to be picked up. It was a 300lb fitness gear weight set. When I got there everything went great. The associate who helped me pick up my order did a great job. He was courteous and even helped me load all the weight in my car. When I got home to check that everything was there, I noticed I only received one spring clip when there should have been two. I thought this was no big deal and would be an easy fix. I called the store to see if I could come in and pick it up. When my call was answered I was greeted by a rude associate. He then told me I would have to pack up my entrie 300lb weight set and bring it in and exchange it. He said they couldn't just give me the clip. I said there is no way I'm doing that because I already opened the package because that's the only way to see if everything is there. And second, I'm not about to lug a 300lb weight set back. So he got nasty with me about it and put me on the phone with his "manager". The phone rang forever and when someone finally answered they just said "what". I wasn't sure if he was talking to me until he said it again, this time sounding more annoyed. He basically told me the same thing and I decided I'd just buy a separate pack elsewhere than deal with this rude. Never again will I go here. They put the "Dick's" in Dick's...

This place is not worth your time or money. Bought a gun from there, told them SPECIFICALLY what I wanted time and time again. A MANAGER came up to help since the guy working that counter was new and couldn't do a gun sale. The MANAGER ending up boxing up the WRONG model/caliber and selling me ammo to the gun I was asking for (obviously not even the right size.) He also offered 15% off the gun since it was a display and missing the scope in the package but failed to apply that discount at checkout. To top it all off my husband and I were there right before close so by the time I got home (an hour away) it was too late for me to call and do anything about it. Called up there today, spent 20 minutes on hold and talked to 5 different people who said they didn't know what they could do for me since they have a policy where they don't exchange or return firearms, even if it is their screw up. They couldn't even offer to give me the 15% off I was promised! You couldn't pay me to go back to this store and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Their MANAGER almost caused a catostophe by selling me the wrong ammo for the wrong gun, luckily my husband noticed it before firing!! Do not buy Diamondbacks at Dick's. Just bought an Insight 1 and first day I rode it to work (28 miles round trip) on bike path and roads, the deraileur kept making a lot of noise, I called Dick's and since it was the next day the manager said I could brin it in. On the way home, all the spokes came loose and the wheel warped. The night manager adjusted the deraileur and trued the wheel to the best of his ability and told me to take it in the parking lot and during my test, all the spokes came loose. He ended up taking the rear whell off another insight and I asked him if Ihave more problems how long do I have to bring it back, and he said this was it (this was within 24 hours). Well with the new wheel on my second ride to work, all the spokes came loose. I was told if i have any more issues I have to call Diamondback. I had a sub $100 Huffy for years before I upgraded and never had a spoke come loose in the 20 years I owned it. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 since I feel the night manager really tried to help as much...
