First, I called what I âthoughtâ was Fix and more because I needed a new screen on my iPhone and have used Fix and more on several occasions before, but it had been over a year and had forgotten the name. I called an 877 number that I looked up online. and asked âare you the cell phone repair next to Marshalls?â The woman hmm and hawed and told me they can do the work on my phone and blah, blah, blah. after the 4th time asking she said âyes, weâre next to Marshalsâ well , that set off red flags for me. And I decided just to go in to see if was the same gentleman who has always been there, sure enough it was him and I asked if maybe he sold his family business to a business who have three stores in the Dayton/Huber Heights area. He assured me that he had not sold and that there are NO OTHER Fix and Mores. I was relieved bcuz I have used this family business on several occasions and have found that the gentleman who owns the business is always helpful and honest. Heâs trustworthy. His prices are so reasonable and he works quickly and efficiently.
I guess I wanted to do this review because I wanted to let ppl know, there are imitation places who âclaimâ they work with the family of Fix and more but itâs not true. And if they lie about this, what else are they lying about? If you want a credible, reasonably priced, friendly, FAMILY owned business,
FIX AND MORE is the place u want to go. I will continue to refer my family and friends there. Gotta love honest ppl trying to make a...
Read moredo not I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE i broke my phone and went to this place to get it fixed and was charged 200$ to get the screen fixed and battery replaced not even 2 weeks later i dropped my phone out my pocket and it completely stopped working and the screen started to flicker and have lines across it (mind you it had no cracks or nothing) it was just a simple drop..
so i went back up to the place to get my phone fixed again and i was charged 164 when i was telling the guy about what happened to my phone it was like he already knew what happened before i could even tell him.. so i paid the money to get I fixed and a week and a half later my phone broke again I just got out of work i havenât dropped it or nothing it just stopped working again same problem screen flickering and itâs like itâs on but i canât see the screen so I feel like I this place is a scam and is doing some type of thing to your phone to make it break and some of the other comments says the same thing so donât waste your time and just get a new phone definitely not worth it...
Read moreFantastic service! Very knowledgeable and honest. While i was waiting i watched the young man behind the counter help another customer and he was very honest with him and advised him that purchasing a new tablet because it would have less expensive. He turned away business to take better care of a customer. Ironically i came into his store because my cell phone company, a couple doors down, refused to fix my phone because i don't pay for there insurance. They actually advised me to go to Fix'n More. What a wonderful location and built in customer base. Corporate policies and lack of customer service gave this young man a built in opportunity and he picked it up and ran with it. He greeted me warmly, fixed my issue quickly (my cell phone provider would have been next week IF I had their insurance), charged me a fair price and charged my phone until i returned. Awesome customer service and care will take this young man far. Corporate America has a lot to learn. His policy was to take care of his...
