We were in this store today. Their customer service is extremely lacking. We were never greater, never asked if we needed any help, completely ignored the entire time we were in the store. When it came time to check out, not surprising, we couldn't find anyone who worked there. A girl finally looked up over the racks to see what was going on. She was too busy talking with a guy to realize she had customers waiting on her to do her job. As she walked over to us to check us out, she rolled her eyes as if I were an inconvenience to her. So I asked her if we were inconveniencing her. She was very rude with her response, so we left. We had at least $150 worth of merchandise to buy. Too bad for this store owner. Spent $400 tonight and had the worst experience with the store manager “Erika”. She was condescending, rude, and questioned my ability to speak English because I am bilingual. Multiple items were on the sale rack that did not ring up on sale, and she yelled at my daughter because she had trouble understanding they were not actually on sale. When another customer had the same issue at the same time as us and pulled multiple from the sale rack, she laughed at her took the items and hid them back in the store. The Bridge Street location has signs up today all over the store that say All tops buy one get one 50% off. A sales associate on the floor confirmed “yes ma’am, all tops”. We purchased 3 tank tops and a sweatshirt none of which qualified for the sale. When I questioned the young lady at check out, she said the tanks weren’t included in the sale. Her entire demeanor changed as soon as I questioned it. I wasn’t ugly, just asked. Everything about her changed after that and she was clearly done with us.
