I just moved to Huntsville and have been in the store three or four times at different times and days. Overall the customer service in the store is terrible. I have never been asked if I need help with something instead, I have waited for the employees to finish their personal conversations to get help. Today I went in to exchange a couple of items that I had purchased yesterday. The employee that rang up my purchase yesterday gave me a higher first responder discount rate, 25% (old discount until last month) versus the 15% that Lululemon is offering now. While exchanging my purchase the cashier (very rudely) told me that I was incorrectly given the higher discount and this one time she would allow it. I am very appreciative of the discount that I receive by the company but I do not appreciate being made to feel like the mistake was my fault and that she was giving me something. I donât normally post reviews based on one bad experience but every encounter in this store has not been up to what I have experienced at other Lululemon stores. Management needs to pay better attention because this looks bad...

Super long story!
The Knoxville lululemon is full of intimidating and slightly unkind educators, especially if you donât fit the overall look they think you should have. I wore glasses and was ignored while being made fun of for wearing glasses. Needless to say, Iâm not winning any beauty contests anytime soon, but it hurt to hear.
However I love the technical fabrics and cuts of the clothes lulu sells for working out and my husband and brother love them too.
Which brings me to my actual review!
The educators at the Huntsville lululemon have never made me feel unwelcome, unnerved, or even slightly out of place. They are kind, honest, and so helpful. My brother, bless, is also fairly short and the educators on shift were so wonderful. They genuinely cared that he got appropriately fitting garments, and they helped with the gemming process.
Go here, feel surrounded by helpful and sweet people, and spend a crazy amount of cash on well-fitting clothes. You...
Read moreMy wife and I rarely come to this store because they arenât helpful even though we live in the area. We generally visit other Lulu stores when traveling and have much better experiences. Today we did decide to visit the store with a pair of pants that had a seam coming undone. I purchased these pants on October 3rd 2020. In my opinion they shouldnât be falling apart as I own multiple brands and do not wear these often. The cashier informed me they couldnât help me because it wasnât showing up on my purchase history. She then explained I had one year which I was within. I even have the charge from Lulu Nashville where they were purchased. So I got a phone number and 0 help AGAIN. I called the number and was promptly informed that I didnât need proof of purchase that they would know how old the pants were and magically over the phone solved my issues but the local store with a warm body in front of me was 0 help. That was my last trip to the store....
