I was visiting from Ohio and purchased a ring from here in late 2023. Within about 6 months, one of the stones had fallen out. I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary and believe that it shouldn’t have been so easy to fall out. Just came back to Denver and tried to call twice (no answer) so decided to drive to Idaho Springs to see if they would help me. The owner was very dismissive and told me there was nothing he could do to help me. This ring was nearly $100. He could have tried to offer some solution as a ring at that price shouldn’t break with normal wear. Very disappointed in my experience. I really loved my ring but will never buy here again as they do not backup their products and have no solutions when there is a quality issue. be careful...
