7-Eleven — Local services in Incline Village-Crystal Bay

As we know 7/11s don’t have such a great reputation due to places we’re they are located or the type of people that usually go. That being said I myself have had bad experiences on other 7/11 around this area. In contrast to that I can say that this 7/11 is a great place to stop by. The people here are really nice. Owners are great people and I love walking in and knowing that coffee will be ready. If you go in on wed Friday and sat night between 11pm and 7am you will walk in to a clean and fully stocked store. Maria the clerk that works here at night makes sure the place is spotless thumbs up for her work and great customer service. We defenetly recommend it. 5/5...

We purchased three doughnuts around 9:00 pm on 8-10-2025. When we got home we realized there were ants in the doughnuts. We tied the bag after realizing our food was contaminated with ants. We immediately returned to the store. We took a look at the pastry cabinet and everything was covered in ants. I informed the employee that we needed a refund. He stated no multiple times. I grabbed a tray of pastries covered in ants and showed him. He then threw away that tray of pastries and gave us a refund. The other trays of pastries were still infested with ants and the worker didn't seem to care and left them there as far as we could see...

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I came in this morning (02/18/2019 at 10:30am) and the Spanish guy behind the counter was BEYOND rude. I was waiting in line to make a purchase and he let his buddy skip in front of me which I ignored. So when it was my turn I wanted to make a couple purchases and he made me do them individually because he didn't know how to do everything at once. He then snapped at me saying I talk to fast. I then told him he is acting rude and then refused to sell me a lotto ticket. Every time I come to this place I get attitude. These people need more training!...
