Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. In the past month I have given this place 3 tries. The food is always horrible and slow. It would be faster and better to eat out of the dumpster behind the building. Tonight I called the number 8 times and went to a fax. So when I got in I asked the cashier if that was their number and he said yes. I proceeded to try and let him know it was going to fax when the grumpy older gentleman cooking (possible the manager) turned around in a harsh tone and yelled we were all busy and had customers when you called and stormed around back to the grill. Have they ever heard of “hello can you hold please”. I started to walk out after being so rudely treated and turned around and asked for the corporate number. He ran of a local area code phone number real fast and I asked if that was the corporate office for penn station. He said yes so I asked for the number again and he ran it off as fast as possible. When I questioned since this was a local number this couldn’t be penn stations corporate office he said that’s our local office I have no clue what Penn Stations Corp number is. I won’t...

We had a really good time, good food for 3 for around $40 - splitting a large fry, 3 large drinks, 2 large sandwiches and 1 medium sandwich. The food was delicious: everything tasted fresh, and the 2 hot sandwiches were plenty hot, the bread was good, and the veggies weren't soggy. The sandwiches were very evenly distributed and I got each ingredient I'm every bite. The staff were extremely nice and very friendly, they handled the lunch rush quickly while managing to make no mistakes while preparing the food. They were very attentive to everyone and the indoor eating area was kept clean. No crumbs on the tables and no trash under the tables and they kept the soda machine area puddle-free. Today had I mind set to eat at Penn Station was the first time I had a cheese steak the the New year 2019 it was very unsatisfactory cheese Steak so bland wanted sauteed mushrooms mayo lettuce tomatoes extra vinegar and oil Salt and pepper.. Some How they added sauteed onion had no sauteed mushrooms extra vinegar & oil no salt or pepper..I drove nice while for this sandwich wasted my time money and gas getting this sandwich.. After my first bite the onion over whelmed the sandwich so bland I at half of the sandwich after picking off onions I gave the other half to my son either read the paper that sent to cook or listen to what a person want on there sandwich and speak clearly so the understand.......
