Review edit Sept 2020: I used the Blaze app for the very first time today and I made a mistake. What I thought was a build your own pizza was actually a build your own DIY pizza, which means that they give you all of the parts to build it and you cook it at home. Normally that would be fantastic however tonight I really just wanted a pizza but it was late and we didn't want to sit down. When I went in to pick it up I was surprised and I mentioned it, and rather than simply cooking my pizza that they had prepared for me to take home, they built me a new pizza. Now they didn't have to do that I had a perfectly good pizza that just needed to be cooked, but they did and that was above and beyond and I'm truly grateful. And I still got to keep my DIY as well. My five-star rating stands and then some. This is a new place in Belden Village and WELL worth it! The pizzas can be selected from premade recipes or you can build your own. They have gluten free options as well! A huge variety of toppings both traditional and more unique! My first pizza creation included zucchini and ricotta cheese and was Fantastic. Flash fired in under 5 minutes. One of the best thin crust pizzas I've had in a very long time!

Disappointed. I work for door dash and I can't tell you how many times I've delivered Blaze pizzas. They always smell so fantastic when I'm delivering them, but they are pricey and a 30 min. drive from my home, so i can never get any myself. Well today I decided to splurge some money (and time) on Blaze and I was very disappointed. 1. For some reason my pizza is spicy, as in red pepper flake spicy even though I didn't order anything spicy. I don't mind, I actually like spicy food, but still. 2. THEY FORGOT THE BASALMIC DRIZZLE ON MY AND MY HUSBANDS PIZZAS!! they also forgot the hot sauce he asked for. For $66 (including a 20% tip) I expect EVERY TOPPING I ASKED FOR. I cannot tell you how many times as a dasher I smelled those tangy pizzas only to give them to the customer and have to eat a PBJ from home. I am so disappointed. It's the little things that matter sometimes, the care, because you never know who your feeding and why. I won't be able to afford to eat our again like this until next month.

Meh. Don't see what all the hype is about. I had heard about this place being similar in concept to Chipotle, except it's pizza instead of Mexican. So it's about $8.50 for one of their pizzas. I got the "red vine", my daughter got a two topping and did ham and pineapple (Hawaiian). The line moved slower than Chipotle, I didn't time how long we waited. I thought mine was overpriced for what came on it. I tried my daughter's ham and pineapple. We both agreed that the ham was bland and barely had any flavor. We both agreed this was a "one and done" for us. Also, there wasn't much seating. We almost had to stand around with our drinks and food. Thankfully a table opened up quickly.

The concept is great, the Keto crust is incredible, it all comes down to the employees and, it seems, how busy they are. We've been here four times now, twice when they were not too busy, twice when they were, and it was a world of difference. The first time they were not busy and the employees were great, the only mishap was a posted offer (big sign) for $1 drinks and in teeny (seriously TINY) lettering you had to download the app and show them a coupon from it. Could not get any service and they said pay and bring back the receipt, which we did, and then the same person said sorry, you had to do it before paying. Seriously?? So we let it go because they were great--I'm Hindu and I've been vegetarian all my life and they were really good about changing their gloves and they volunteered that they kept "clean" containers and food underneath for people with allergies, veg, etc, wiped down everything, clean cutters, it was great. Next time, they were crowded and it was not so good, they rushed us through, just not the same experience. Third time, they were medium crowded and a much better experience. This past weekend we made the mistake of going on a Sunday, past regular dinner time but they were semi busy. I asked them to do the whole "clean" thing, no problem. Until the girl making my pizza took out a container of spinach that had something all over the lid (some type of meat) and turned it over, letting it fall all over my half made pizza. I said excuse me, what's that you just dropped all over my pizza and she said, um, spinach? I said no, the pink thing, and she looked at it, looked at me and said, I don't know. I said it's meat, and she said, no you wanted a veggie pizza (sigh). I said yes, and now there's meat on it. She sort of tossed her hands in the air and, as she walked away, said over her shoulder, you'll have to talk to someone else. So I was left there, in the middle of a line, rather frustrated and not knowing what was going on. She did come back a few minutes later with another crust and started making my pizza again, so I went up to her and I asked how the "clean" area got meat all over the container and she ignored me. I asked again and she said, you'll have to ask someone else and kept going. I asked who and she gave an exasperated sigh and called someone over and talked to him. He came over and I asked him and he said (placating, talking to a child voice) it's okay, we're remaking your pizza. I said, no, it's really not, I need to know this is really clean, he said, well things fall through the cracks (I suppose literally) and that's why we're remaking it. He then rushed me through the line, went from sauce to veggies, I said I'd like cheese, he said I thought you were vegetarian, I said yes, vegetarian not vegan and he looked at me like I had no idea what I was talking about, but put a tiny bit of cheese on my pizza. When I asked for spinach he acted like I was done and I said I'd like some more veggies (the point is you can have anything you'd like) and he was clearly not happy, but I finally got a few more things and he rushed my pizza to the oven. It came out a little while later, and it was black from edge to halfway through the pizza. I asked why (yes, I"m sure they all hated me by now) and was told that's how the keto crust is. I said this was my 4th time having it and it was never like that before and the girl just repeated, that's how it is and handed it to me then turned to someone else. I stood there looking at my half burnt, rather sparse pizza and another keto pizza came up, the girl cut it and handed it to someone next to me. I looked at her and said hers isn't burnt. She give me a smirk and turned to someone else.

So, like I said, it all comes down to the staff. I'm diabetic and vegetarian and I adore pizza, so I don't have a lot of choices. But, at $13 for a really small pizza, not knowing what I'll get and if I'll be able to eat more than about 1/3 of it, I don't know if I'll be going...

So BLAZE is my go to! When it comes to good quality quick and reasonably cheap food. The food is great most of the times.

Unfortunately I don't find the staff here to be enjoyable at all at times. In previous times as also my last trip in, I've had to wait for a staff member to greet me minutes after I've arrived as they'd continue to do multiple online orders as I stand there. Also there seems to be a lack of care within staff when it comes to good overall sanitary practices which concerns me. When I went in most recently, there's a young lady on staff with glasses whose just not very customer friendly and just seems sad like she doesn't want to be there.

This ruins the experience because this turns into poor quality service and a poor atmosphere. I shouldn't have to ask to put finishes on my pizza, it should be suggested or prompted before trying to box my pizza and just hand it to me. It literally felt as if I asked for too much when it comes to my selections and choices when a option is to build your own pizza with unlimited toppings, it was as if it was such a hassle to serve.

I shouldn't feel this way as a customer and unfortunately this is not the first time in which I left with a negative experience. I know a lot of these jobs aren't anyone's dream position but I can't help but question why be somewhere you don't want to be. Also I know these companies don't focus on customer service training or provide much incentives but I think it would be wise to invest in your staff so maybe they'd actually slightly enjoy their jobs more.

The fact that I wrote a review to this length should be alarming and truly telling of how uncomfortable and disappointing my experience was. Just being completely honest and transparent. Thinking that I should look elsewhere for quick good food when in the belden village mall area as there are plenty other good options I'm sure however I most likely will give another chance soon because ultimately the pizza is such a great deal šŸ˜… I just hope I don't deal with some of there particular staff members again because I may just walk...

WARNING: Horrible experience, the worse customer service ever, very slow even though I ordered ahead, and I have no idea how the pizza taste because I never got it!!! I ordered a gluten free pizza over the phone at 5:15 and paid for it. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up at 5:50 (35 minutes later) and walked up to the counter that an older man was working at. I kept trying to get his attention to see if the pizza was ready, but he refused to make any eye contact with anyone. More people come in behind me and he did the same thing. Over the next 10 minutes he simply ignored everyone or would go in the back and be gone for 2-3 minutes at a time so nobody was attending the counter or cashier. The pizza line itself wasn't very busy, maybe 10 people. Obviously people coming in and going straight to the checkout counter means they ordered online or over the phone. After 15/20 minutes of waiting and trying to get his attention, a lady came out of the back and announced to the workers that there was no more gluten free crust. Finally I had to be rude and raise my voice to get his attention and I asked if my pizza was done. He grabbed the ticket (which had apparently been hanging there for almost an hour) and looked at me and said "we don't have anymore gluten free pizza, I think I can get you a refund" SERIOUSLY?????????? MY PIZZA HADN'T EVEN BEEN MADE YET???? He went and got another man who gave me the refund. WHY WAS THE PIZZA NEVER MADE IN THE FIRST PLACE??? AND WHY DID THE MAN NOT CHECK WITH PEOPLE WHO WERE WALKING IN TO SEE WHAT THEY NEEDED??? I 'm pretty sure he hated his job and you could tell he did not want to be there. I will never bother with this place again. There are way to many good pizza places out there to deal with this type of aggravation. Don't...
