Duluth Trading Company — Local services in Jackson Township

Always love this store and I usually get carried away going to buy 1 item and walking out with 5-6 items and a few hundred dollars later. Cashier Don has been professional and courteous just one weird thing happened today, I had an exchange of a pair of shoes that Don was processing due to seams coming apart and the Blonde haired lady manager stepped in and asked if I wore them for work and I said of course I love these Wild Boar Leather Shoes and wear them everywhere (Like my job as a network tech excludes them from any warranty.) They still honored the exchange, but she kind of gave me a hard time about it acting like Duluth Trading gear isn't meant to be worn to work.. really?? I thought that's what they advertise this store all to be all about which is why I came here in the first place and I really didn't feel it was necessary of her to talk to me like that, especially since I've already spent over $1,000 with this Duluth Trading company this year. Been wearing the Duluth Trading Company's Firehose Cargo Pants and DulthFlex Cargo Pants for over 10 years and these are the toughest most long lasting and most comfortable pants I've ever worn. They out last other well known and publicized brands that cost just as much. A friend once told me Dulth pants cost too much! I explained to him Dulth pants are more of an investment buy the time they wear out you will have bought 5 or more pairs of jeans that cost $40.00 a pair so which makes more sense? Anyway try out this new Dulth Trading Company Store in Canton Ohio, it's a great store and the employees are super helpful and friendly, something you don't she much anymore. If you don't find your size ask one of the clerks and they will stop what they are doing go in the backroom and find your size. Like I said, in a world where customer service and satisfaction is almost nonexistent, Duluth Trading Company is like going back 40 years when the customer was what it was all about, a Company's top priority. I absolutely loved this place: I've seen their ads online and on television for years but has no idea they had actual stores. While in North Canton last week, my friends and I saw one and immediately tried to go in - through no fault of the store or company, the location is a bit difficult to get back to, but we managed, only to find they closed at eight o'clock! Oh well, we were undeterred. We returned a few days later and let me tell you, it was worth it. Really good quality goods, priced fairly. Things may seem a bit pricey compared to the bug box stores but they are items that one will have and wear for many years and items that could be worked to death and still hold up. I was very impressed with their size range and the variety of not only clothing but other goods - accessories, camping gear, pet items, personal care items, toys, etc - that they carried.
