THANK YOU!! A huge thank you to the two employees who helped me this morning at opening!
I was in a bind when the company that usually caters coffee for our weekly Friday conference had to cancel last minute. I called the night before, just before closing, to place an order for two carafes for 5:30 a.m. I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem—but unfortunately, the message didn’t make it to the morning crew.
Despite this, the two employees didn’t flinch (at least from what I could see!). Without hesitation, they said, Absolutely! They let me know it would take a few minutes since they hadn’t received the order, but they assured me it wouldn’t be longer than 10 minutes—and they kept their word!
Not only did they come through, but they were also incredibly kind and helpful at an hour when many people are still half asleep. Their positivity and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a much smoother experience. I truly wish more employees everywhere had their attitude and dedication!

Read moreThe first four visits were great for me however the last one was such an awful experience I won't be returning. I ordered the vanilla shaken esspresso which was an incredible drink the two times I ordered it. This time however it had so much sugar I began to think it was a coffee milk shake, it was so thick and insanely sweet. If that wasn't bad the sediment at the bottom measured about a quater inch.(assuming it was the unshaken oatmilk).The inconsistencies of their drinks weren't the only thing, I also purchased a bag of their coffee bringing my total to $22.53, I handed the cashier $25 and didn't realize she shorted me a dollar. Me in a hurry I didn't notice until I was already on the road. I'm hopeful they get their measurements down better so I can keep coming back but for right now I'll be going back...
Read moreI went to check out the new Caribou coffee in Belden Village when I received a coupon in the mail that said “Free Drink”. I went through the drive through and was greeted with “Are you a rewards member?” No hi, how are you. I said that I wasn’t and proceeded with my order. The drink took a while to make, even though I was the only customer and I could see 4 employees inside. I presented my coupon and was told I had to sign up for the Rewards program using the QR code on the coupon. I said would sign up to receive the drink. She then explained it was for another drink when I came back. Well, I won’t be back. The drink was good, but luke warm. This was a misleading way to get people to the new location and I won’t patronize those business anymore because of their misleading...
