The store itself has great deals most of the time, and usually a great selection of purses not always matching wallets š however designer brands for clearance type prices!! You can't beat that, and why the hell not, right? If I can go there and get a Desiigner purse or outfit for a fraction of the cost rather than going to pay hundreds of dollars for 1 item just sounds bazarre to me even if I was rich n famous!! Fyi: the manager there is something else! Always makes me and my husband feel stereo typed n picked. Out from the crowd everytime we decide to go there which is few n far in between just bc of his behavior! I swear n he's not good at what he's trying to do anyway and makes himself VERY obvious of snooping on us thru the rAcks and around the rack corners smdh! I always usually buy something from their which is usually the point of me even going there in the 1st place and 2ndly bc they're open later than any other clothing store and with my husband n my work schedule it makes it a more convenient choice! However like I said he makes it very uncomfortable and causes it to become unfun and an un happy adventure!! Idk if it's bc of all our tattoos, or bc my husband looks black n dirty all over bc he's a welder and he waits till our running around is complete B4 showering n relaxing at home!! And he's done this to a few ppl i know as well to but watch him to see if he treats any other customers that way and as far as I can tell, No not anyone else that I can see..I spend money there I can even show receipts I would hate to take someone's job but that guy needs a transfer or transferred somewhere else bc he loosing...

We checked out and the transaction went well. However, after returning home I opened the baby monitor box and the monitor was missing from the box..only the camera was in there. So we go back to bring this missing item to their attention and I asked them if they had another one with all the items..the manager Tina "you have to look for yourself, we are short staffed to do that for you ". So I said I will not do that..short staffed or not..it's about customer service period. So the they returned my money but I wanted the item that I previously bought..if they didn't have anymore in stock..then I would opt to get my money back..so in closing, poor customer service from the manager Tina..she was doing nothing but walking around..she could of went and looked to see if there were more in stock instead of having a paying customer go look. The young lady who checked us out was very professional...I see she didn't get that from her...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to this Burlingtons today with my mom everything was great until we checked out by a older white lady name Tina this lady was rude from the start of us getting the the counter she asked us was we a loyalty member my mom said yes gave her her number she said nothing did not pull up I put my moms email in and the loyalty member card came up my mom asked Tina what number was in the system since she was having such a hard time pulling it up with the number Tina the cashier said the number u just gave me my mom then asked ok so the number I gave u y didnāt it come up the first time I gave it to u Tina the cashier laughed a little and responded with a smart answer this was a very unprofessional and felt more like a racist remark due to before we even got to the counter she was rolling her eyes and appear to already have a attitude I will be calling corporate and addressing this issue if u canāt work with anyone of all different shapes,color ect u should not work...
