Aaron is a wonderful person to deal with. He helped me through what could have been a very negative experience. I brought in my new 2010 Chevy Cobalt to get it fixed up a bit, ( I bought a Pioneer AVH2330 nex head unit, many vinyl lettering decals placed on windshields, and the biggest purchase was a SS high level wing since mine came with the low level and I like the look of the High level better.) The decals were placed nicely at the exact size and font I wanted with minimal bubbling and they said they would fix it at no extra cost. The head unit does not stick out and is very high quality looking as though it came from the factory that way. The wing is when my experience could have quickly turned into a nightmare.... I bought a Duraflex wing and got it painted to match my cars color expecting it to not be top of the line but decent and man was I WRONG!! The quality was terrible, I did some research on it and it was about half and half but if you are curious let me end your search, don't do it!! It will ruin your car and cost you money! When I explained I would never put that on my car the shop agreed 100% and worked well with me. Aaron took all matters into his own hands and made sure that I got the wing I wanted for my car. He fought with the Duraflex company and we came out on top. I now have a manufactured OEM wing on its way from ebay in nearly brand new condition that is much better and more expensive than the Duraflex one. He is also doing the install for free. What a great shop and experience I have had, I am very grateful because I don't have a lot of money and love my car. He cared and so did the staff that answered all my questions and supported me! I paid for two services at horizon audio , the first I had them install a keyless entry with an alarm remote. At first they had told me 105.00 dollars over the phone like their website confirmed, After going to pay them and to schedule an appointment, The price jumped up from 105+tax to 189.99. So After waiting around for a week for the keyless entry/alarm, I also wanted them to look at a head unit that had a faulty rca jacks , they agreed and charged me an extra 25 bucks. The day of the install , I had noticed that the night before when I installed my aftermarket taillights , that the brake lights werent working , I simply asked them if they could check the fuse and let me know if it needed replaced. I dropped the vehical off at 11 am and figured I would have it back in a couple hours ,3 hours tops......8 hours later I get a call that the install is finished and to come pick up the car. I make it down there to understand that they "checked" all the fuses and they couldnt determine the problem of the brake lights. They also had told me that the head unit couldnt be repaired and they would have to order a 100.00 dollar rca jack replacement harness!! After making it home , I decided to check the fuses and fuse box myself, I immedietly found the brake lamp fuse and found that it was blown and just needed replaced. I guess they could have missed that , I mean that is what the do for a living , another is I found more than 10 replacement rca jacks for the headunit on ebay starting at and around 35-40 dollars. So I just think that they didnt care enough to check the fuses and just felt as if they could make another dollar off me. PLEASE stay away from this place , they are crooks and lazy.
