My taco utopia. Tried most of the tacos and each one is heavenly and I don't even need to add sauce or sour cream, they are worth every calorie and penny. The dirty sauce, all the sauces, I can't pick a favorite! Don't look at the tab, when you're ordering $5 tacos they have to be perfect and for me these are my favorite tacos I've ever had. I love the CHIPS! The sturdiest chips I've ever chomped on, one could use them to board up windows from storm winds (if Condado Taco did a sound measuring test, their chips would crunch near the top) (<----that was a compliment, the nachos would smash so hard in an ASMR video). The chips are delicious without needing salsa (in my opinion) my favorite thing to do is each bag of chips has a few that popped in a 3-d shape. I like to bite the tip of an end then scoop salsa into the inside 3-D chip and add sour cream on the opening and boom, Mexican crab Rangoon! Some people might be turned off by ordering from a menu with food choices they may not have had prior exposure to and it's not a quick-look-ah-I-see-what-I-want experience. New people will need extra study time to pour over the menu selection. So far, every meat option I tried was savory and did not need the addition of any extra sauce nor sour cream! The pork, the ground beef, brisket, chicken, even the basil sriracha thai chicken, was heckin' stand-out glorious! Even the Dutch Dragon veggie taco was great, I could have mistook the mushroom for meat the cooking/mushroom strain/herbs used, I had to remind myself I was eating a mushroom taco that was the best veggie taco I ever had (I've had the Dutch Dragon on two different occasions, excellent both times). This place lands perfect for my palate. I've seen people get frustrated trying to learn the menu so it's probably going to be hit or miss with some and my last dine-in visit was awkward as the table next to me gave the staff a difficult time (caused my server to forget my refill and my extra items I wanted to order to go) over ordering. It would be a good idea to read the menu to this place before arriving so you don't have a melt down with the staff trying to order/get your meal prepared as requested. For those who really, really enjoy gourmet tacos, this place hits the spot for me and I used to love cooking home made tacos, it's just too much work for 1 anymore and Condado Taco fills the void in my soul with their cooking (and those crunchy nachos). I door dashed Condado Taco twice and dined in once and had to go once, the take out was flawless while my dine-in took awhile, but that was because the table next to me sidetracked the staff, the staff was friendly to me at all times when they were available. I felt the staff wanted to be at Condado and gave off a positive vibe, I just happened to be next to a toxic table. I plan on eating from Condado Taco for a long time!

This is one of the only restaurants I can come to repeatedly and never get tired of. The variety of options is amazing, with so many pre-made choices as well as the ability to build your own dishes. Every time I visit, I can try something new, which keeps the experience fresh and exciting. Whether you're in the mood for something classic or want to experiment with different combinations, this place always delivers. One of the things I really appreciate is how the food isn’t overly heavy, unlike some other Mexican restaurants I’ve been to. The ingredients always taste fresh, and the dishes have a lighter feel, which is great if you don’t want to leave feeling too full. The build-your-own section is particularly impressive, offering an extensive range of options to customize your meal exactly how you like it. The only minor issue I have is with the price of the margaritas. While they are tasty, I’m not entirely sure that a single margarita is worth $10, especially considering the size of the mason jar it’s served in. However, that’s a small detail compared to everything else. I bring my co-workers here every week, and they all love it as much as I do. I highly recommend you try this place if you’re in the area—it’s definitely worth a visit.

UPDATE: updated rating from 1 star to 3 stars. After contacting the store the amazing manger got back to be so quickly! I plan to give Condado another chance at winning my heart over like they did when they opened. Restaurants have off days and that is okay! After doing some early shopping at Ulta, I decided I wanted to get a bowl, with Chicken, pico, rice, beans, lettuce, queso fresco, and avocado ranch. I did carry out like the past couple times (which have been bad too) I open my bowl and it’s missing the chicken, and my avocado ranch; my bowl was quite literally only beans and rice, pico and lettuce. For $10 this was absolutely sad, couldn’t even finish the bowl since there was no flavor, ended up throwing it out. Condado was my favorite spot when they opened, but the past couple of times I have eaten there, both myself and my mom have been disappointed, we either get sick, or they completely mess it up.

We used Condado catering for our wedding and had the absolute BEST experience!! Justin and his team are an absolute dream and went above and beyond to make the catering experience easy, straightforward, and fun for us and our guests! First of all, let me just brag on Justin for a moment! About 6 months out from our wedding, we found out that our venue would be going out of business and that we would have to find a new venue. We found out in a less than ideal way and within 24 hours I had a phone call from Justin - calling just to check in, to make sure that emotionally we were okay, and to offer any potential solutions or creative ideas to help get our wedding planning back on track. He helped me talk through everything from new venue ideas, creative ways to secure tables and chairs so that we could stay on budget, literally everything. That day was so stressful and scary, but Justin brought so much calm into our lives that we felt confident to proceed. From there on out, I received multiple phone calls from Justin “just to check in” and we are truly so grateful for that! Jump ahead to our tasting. We met Justin and the team at the Condado in Belden Village and they took the BEST care of us! Tacos just kept coming and coming (a literal dream!) and the staff was genuinely so happy to have us there and made us feel incredibly special. Finally we get to the wedding day (yay!): I have never seen a group of people more excited for food at a wedding! We got absolute RAVE reviews from everyone about how amazing the taco bar was and practically everyone went up for seconds and thirds! I honestly cannot say enough good things about Condado, about their food as well as their staff and service. But if you are even slightly considering a taco bar at your party or wedding: DO IT and make sure...

Wanted to try a new place so me and family drove to Belden Village just to try a new place’ so the waiter was nice and she was fast she took our order for our drinks’ I ordered a full pitcher regular favor margarita and it was not cheap it was $33 dollars’ so the pitcher was brought to us it had a little something floating in it and it kinda helped us out with not wanting it because the pitcher was filled from bottom to top with ice and I mean from bottom to the top? I have never seen nothing like this before in my life’ so sense something was floating in the drink I asked if they could remove most of the ice because we are not getting our full pitcher so the look the waiter had on her face was a certain type of irritation she went from Cyndi Lauper go go happy to dry sad dog puppy face??? So she takes our drink and I’m assuming the boss lady came out and she came back with the ice took out the pitcher along with what ever was floating in it and it was not even half way full? So I asked her where is the full pitcher she said the full pitcher is with all the ice included 🤯 I said so this is $33 dollars and she said yes? We all just got up and walked out I couldn’t believe it! I have never seen service like this and it was also going to be 4 adults on this pitcher can you imagine that??? I was so upset these people are a rip off big time do not buy there pitchers at all because all you get is ice and maybe 2 and a half cups of the actual drink itself’ I will never come back to this place again and I will not recommend anyone else’ that is bad service you don’t treat customers that way’ where we come from we are treated great’ how are you selling ice for $33 ??? 🤯🤯🤯 also tables are to small and they have hard metal chairs you can’t sit...
