The absolute best costumer service!! I have bought two mattresses from him in the past 20 years. I honestly can't say enough great things about Ken and his willingness to work with you to find the perfect mattress. He has come to my rescue many, many times and gone out of his way to help me. Stand up guy through and through!! There is a 30 day trail period they uphold, if you don't like your mattress. They offer delivery and take care of your old mattress. I had thought about buying in Idaho Falls, but I am all about supporting local business. You won't get the same customer service and ease of problem solving if ordering elsewhere or on line. They run specials when available from the manufactures. I got a better price on my Sealy than I could anywhere else (even in Bristol, Tennessee where you would think would be cheaper.)

Had a wonderful experience at Jackson Mattress & Furniture. Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly, they take the time to show you options, listen to what you need, and answer all your questions so you find the right fit for you. The store is being remodeled and refreshed and they are bringing in new merchandise like bath mats, high quality duvets, upholstered bed frames, bunkie boards, etc. Great selection to choose from, reasonable prices and great delivery service. Well if I’m going to spend 1/3 of my life on a mattress, I am darn sure going to try it out, and make sure that I get some professional advice on exactly the right mattress for me.
