I think they buy their reviews. I went in to ask them how much they would give me for a piece I got.
They couldnāt even look me in the eye when they told me their number š. They tried to give me less than the value of the gold. I politely declined and told them theyāre out of their minds lmfao. They offered 4k when my piece is work minimum 5.8k in gold value and I got it appraised for 10k+ because itās handmade.
I proceeded to look at their necklaces and asked them are these used. They proceeded to lie and tell me their brand new when there are clear blemishes and scratches on the jewelry. In response to your comment I believe you are confused as to what constitutes custom made jewelry. You made nothing for me all you did was size something which I offered to compensate you for when I originally asked for an exchange not a refund. Once again being deceptive and a cheat doesn't make you right or legit. If you hadn't sold subpar jewelry to begin with I wouldn't have had to come back not once but twice so shame on you.
