I have waited awhile before I wrote this review because I wanted to be sure that I was being fair to Mr Taylor, so weeks after selling my home I am able to look back on the experience with less emotion and more reality. The reality is that I needed a realtor who was reliable, available, and truthful and found none of that in Mr Taylor. Yes he did sell my home and one of the first three people to see my house in the first three showings made a offer over the asking price and I was encouraged to accept it. Mr Taylor actually encouraged me to list the house lower than what I wanted to list it for, so the buyer offer did make me feel better about the lower listing price. Mr Taylor was also my realtor and the buyer's realtor. Even though there were multiple showings by other realtor, Mr Taylor did not inform me if there were any subsequent offers. When I asked, he told me there was an offer that came in lower than asking after one of the showings, but it's hard to believe there was no other offers after several showings by other agents. Most of my calls would go to voicemail, and I generally I only heard from him if he wanted information from me. I also feel that he was telling the buyer one thing and me another, which I guess can be a problem when you are the realtor for both seller and buyer. There were several other things that I could mention, but I will end by saying Mr Taylor was expected to be at the closing but when he didn't appear, calls were made to him and he never answered any of them. I feel if he got the commission fee he earned, it would have been 1% of the 5% he...
Read moreMy husband and I are real estate investors with over 10 years of experience buying and selling real estate. When it was time to sell one of our investment properties, we decided to work with Kim over many other experienced real estate agents in the business. Although we were impressed with Kim’s excellent sales pitch and presentation, these weren't what won us over. Rather, it was her genuine care and dedication to us that made us know she was the right agent. It was the best decision we made. We worked closely with Kim and her assistant, Charlotte, and they made the process so easy. Communication was prompt, almost instantaneous. Follow through was amazing. They have a whole dream team: cleaners, photographers and videographers to help you through the home selling process. Truly a one-stop shop. Within a week of listing our property, we received almost ten offers at our full asking price. Within a month, we sold our property. We couldn’t have done this without Kim and her dynamic team at Compass. This may be our first partnership with Kim but certainly not our last. We are so happy to have found Kim to add her to the team of experts that we tap into for our real estate needs. We highly recommend Kim to others. Kim is a rare find - the cream of the crop - and will help you navigate through the home buying and selling process and most importantly getting you top dollar for...
Read moreIn 2007, I was looking for an affordable condo property in NYC, there were none.. I happened to see an ad for affordable condo's in another state, New Jersey. Never thinking of purchasing anything in NJ, but what's affordable attracted me to travel. The property was under transitional construction making the condos affordable. Here's where u met Gregory Taylor, who introduced me to NJ real estate and took time during the hectic construction to find me that affordable condo. I could have walked away without buying anything because there was nothing available in my budget...Gregory immediately said he will inquire with management for a potential property that may be coming on the market...he could have just said there were none....Gregory showed me a non renovated property and said he will make it available for me...I was undecided...this is where I met Kim, a lovely woman, who used her professional tact and experience to show me how the property is desirable and closed the deal...what a tag team combination..and to this day, Gregory maintains a cordial connection with me...if the Taylor connection was good back in 2007, they must be amazingly...
