We walked in and looked around. A no pressure but super informative person who worked there started an awesome conversation with us. His name is Mark. By the time we were finished. We had all of our questioned answered we ordered our bed and adjustable frame we are very happy with our purchase and the amazing people who work there. Mark is outstanding. Before we left I let them know I would spread the word of how wonderful the entire interaction was. After a month of waiting for our mattress from a popular Shorewood mattress store, we canceled and I called several stores to see who had it in stock. Adam gave us a price match so we headed over to the store and purchased our mattress. He tried to get it to us the next day but that didn't work & he called us the very next morning to inform us.
